1) Did you do invites?2) Did you do favors?3) Dessert? Did you bring something in with you? Use what they had? Or have a a groom's cake? TIA ladies.. something I'm working on this weekend.

1. yes invites 2. no favors 3. we brought a cake, and my best friend made an array of brownies, pb bars, and chocolate covered fruit.

1) Colins mom sent e-vites (we're classy). 2) No3) Dessert came as part of the package we got from the restaurant. If you're going to bring something, a groom's cake would be a really fun idea!

1) we did an "evite" - I didnt think a formal invitation was needed and we mostly told everyone verbally anyway so we just decided to email the evite to make it official. 2) favors for a RD? I didnt know that was customary so no, we werent planning on it although now I'll have to watch this post and see if others are and if so maybe I'll have to change my mind LOL 3) I was considering a grooms cake, but at the same time we're going to have SO much food the next day at the wedding I don't know if it's even worth while - especially since our per person price includes dessert. So I am leaning towards "no" on this.

Trust me, I didn't think half this crap was necessary or even existed until I joined theKnot!

I'm only doing invites because I have leftover stuff from my wedding invites.

1. Yes 2. No (they're the people closest to you...you shouldn't have to do favors) BUUUTTT...I did give the readers & bp gifts during the night 3. Venue provided a dessert tray. Where are you having it at?

1. no 2. no 3. I don't remember, but I guess it's a nice option. Maybe not a grooms cake since cake is the dessert for the next night, does that even matter? idk.

1. I added a insert to my pocketfold invites for all OOT, bridal party, and family. 2. No 3. I had a grooms cake made - Tony races dirtbikes, so I wanted to get him a dirtbike cake. At the wedding we already had peanutbutter pie that came with the venue plus a wedding cake so I figured grooms cake was an overkill for day of.

Haha - Ditto Val!!!!! I also was not aware we needed gifts for readers before reading this post..... I was doing gifts for parents and bridal party. I thought a nice hug and thank you for the readers was enough??
