Seriously, gretch. Everything was on sale, then 20% off AND free shipping! It was the sale of my dreams, but I just couldn't do it yet.And what sucks is that I don't want to spend $ on regular clothes that I won't be able to wear in a few months.I just want to shoppppp!!!!!!

Nebb - I love sweaters too. I saved some of my birthday money for them, which is an achievement for me since my birthday money is usually gone by now. Meeting up with an old friend sounds fun!
Salt - Sunday is football, but unfortunately my Arizona Cardinals are on a bye-week Therefore, I probably won't be watching much football this weekend PS. It was actualyl cold here the other night! I am worried that our wedding is going to be cold and I will be freezing during th ceremony for Nov. 14th now! Maybe it is just a cold weekend though..And someone mentioned Olive Garden, yum! I would totally eat breadstcisk rights now....
I wish our bye week was the weekend we are getting our e-pics done, but alas I'm going to end up missing the Ravens/Vikings game. And I know that will be talked about here. Dammit.
Im trying to stay happy with the sweaters I have (I have a lot), and be happy with the idea that I am going shopping on boxing day (day after christmas) for clothes. I hate waiting but it will be worth it.
Salt - I go back and forth on GB. Somtimes I find myself nodding my head, other times I am rolling my eyes. It'll be cool to see him in person either way. DH is thrilled. PS - I'm late on this, but nice sig!
Sarah - I saw Ann Coulter speak when she made an appearance at my university. There was talk of her getting pied, but it never happened. :(I feel like she has been pied in the past, no? One of those right wing lady-hags was. In any case, I am a fan of expressing political disapproval in dessert form. There used to be all kinds of guerrilla shenanigans at Rutgers events. That's what people get for coming to a school full of commies.
Nebb - I have a bad habit of buying sweaters, wearing them for the season, and then donating them to Goodwill. I guess it's bad for me, good for others. I have about 3 sweaters right now, so I am in desperate need of more. Do they have good Boxing Day sales in Canada? My family "celebrates" Boxing Day, but I don't recall the US having any crazy sales. That happens the day after Thanksgiving here.
Shellybeth - Are you the one that told me that I was too tan that one time? Because we didn't get along, but because I have been drinking I am willing to forgive all of it.I am also jealous of the fact you have champagne when all I have is Miller Lite.
Salt - Yes I was the one who said you were too tan~!~ And all this time I have NOT like you.. but since I ampretty drunk I just laught everytime I see your post, you are actualyl pretty in your picture. I forgive you too, lol~! You crack me up
Sarah - I think she had been prior to speaking at my univ. She was a biitch though. She arrived 15 minutes late and then left 10 minutes early when people started yelling at her. My univ paid her $30,000 to speak for an HOUR and she was there for 35 minutes!
Salt - I have champagne (or maybe sparkling wine, I can't remember) that you can have. One of my coworkers unkknowingly gave it to us as a wedding gift and it's been sitting here for a month
Since I don't work on Friday's I consider this the start of my weekend.I spent all day today in class only to end it with one of a BA-JILLION corporate training classes for work, then my work phone goes off and I've been called in for the weekend.So....Work is on the agenda for this weekend...booooo
Well, that's what she gets. Lots of yelling. And $30,000.After having an undergrad experience where people were ready to throw down and have a rally or a drum circle for pretty much any reason, coming here to Delaware has been kind of a letdown. About a year and a half ago, the president of Shell Oil came to speak, and everyone sat quietly and listened while he lied to us for two hours. No demonstrations, no signs, no pies, no nothing. They probably wouldn't even have done anything if he had actually clubbed a baby seal onstage. This is a zombie school.
Boxing day is pretty much the equivilent of your black whatever day? I forget what its called. Last year I bought a crapload of clothes for under 150$. It was an entire wardrobe for the winter basically. I try to save up for then and go crazy.
