Working right now, then going out with friends. Tomorrow is fun day with the kids. We're going swimming, going to see a movie and hitting up the mall for a while. Then it's back to work tomorrow night. My weekend starts Wednesday. I get to go see DH for 3 days, whoohooo.

Tree - I love you for that. I will trade you Fuji San for champagne. (We had Fuji San for dinner and I believe now that it has magical healing powers because sick FI ate some and felt much better afterward.)

Salt - Yes, I really am forgiving you and myself. Hateraid, lol!My bridal shower is th 17th of October, I am extremely exciting!! It is going to be chocolate based, ioh yeah!Seriously, I am having the hardest time typing right now, lol!!! I just crak myself up sometimes.

Tomorrow I am going grocery shopping, and hopefully scoring a good deal on some cold weather running gear at TJ Maxx. I may or may not go for a run, and then we will watch lots and lots of football. Good times.Sidenote: I love FI's boss. He encourages his employees to leave work at 3 p.m. on Fridays, and today they took a 2 hour lunch at a Mexican place, including margaritas, that he paid for. I want to work there.

Nebb - Black Friday. I've only gone shopping a few - I'm not that brave. Some shoppers are brutal. And saving up is the way to go. I bet there will be even better sales this year.

Tomorrow morning we're going to pick up my new engagement ring. In the afternoon, we're driving the kids to Toronto because they are spending the night with my parents (and going to see Cirque du Soleil...jealous. party of one right here). FI and I are spending the evening in Toronto, going out for dinner or something. Sunday my parents are bringing the kids back this way to a bed and breakfast place that they like to stay at. We'll meet them there and have dinner with them all.

From what I can tell its a lot tamer up here, crowd wise. Its still busy but no one gets trampled. I usually park outside old navy in the middle of the night (which kind of sucks to do the day after christmas). I was 1st in line last year.

Nebb- Last year, a greeter at a NYWalmart was trampled and killed when shoppers broke down the doors. 2 teens were shot in a CA ToysRUs. People are INSANE and I can't wrap my head around it. Why would you stampede, trample, and kill someone for 45% off a flat screen TV. Seriously.

I can't either. It really brings out the worst in people. If I feel up to it, I go to the mall later in the day but not at 5am with the die-hard shoppers.

Lordy I dont' even want to think about Christmas shopping yet!! I went to Kohls the other day and there were Halloween and Christmas stuff out... is it really that clost to those holidays>?!?!?

My mom already has three quarters of her Christmas shopping done. She starts buying in May usually.

Christmas shopping is my favourite kind of shopping, ive already started. Its way more fun to buy for others than yourself (though it is pretty fun to buy for myself).

FI went to see Toy Story Double Feature in 3D earlier and then ran to Super Wal Mart to pick up many dips, chipd, and supplies for me to make some goodies. Tomorrow, I am getting up early and prepping some snacks, work 11-7 and then off to our friends' place for a night or games, cards, cocktails, beer, and munchies. Then, I work 11-7 on Sunday, and will follow it up with bonding time with mom while FI watches football. All while I anxiously await Monday, when I find out if I got the job...
