  Your dress is gorgeous! I have a similar shape dress, which has a pretty good shaped top with boning so I may not wear anything but I am going to bring a low back bustier with me in case I'm not comfortable with nothing. Your dress looks like it may be similar up top, when you go for your first fitting ask your seamstress what she recommends.

  You could wear a low backed strapless bra under that. I don't usually suggest going without because it's always nice to have a little lift -lol. (I used to work for a designer and did SOOOO many fittings).
  
  You could also try those sticky cups if you didn't want to wear a bra.
  
  Personally, I'd opt for something sexy underneath, like a corset/garter belt set, 'cause that's how I roll!
