Excited, found pinball machine rentals!

My FI wanted to have a pinball machine rental at our wedding... why, I do not know, except that he likes pinball. I wasn't sure such a thing existed but I found a local place that does it and it's fairly reasonably priced, too. They don't have the exact machine he was hoping for, but at least they have them! Now to decide where to put it... we're going to set up a space in a room upstairs for kids with coloring sheets, art supplies, an LCD TV and X-Box 360, and some couches. I could put it up there, but I think that he'd prefer if it was somewhere more central. WDYT?

    if your FI was hoping for it, I wouldn't put it in the designated area for children. I would put it somewhere else like on the main floor.

    I've been to an event at your reception venue. I can't really visualize what would be a good location for it on the main floor, I think I'd put it on the second floor

    The problem is exactly that... I'm not sure where the heck it might go. I think he'd like it to be on the main floor, but where?! We already have to find space for 100 people, the band, the cake table, the bar, an hors d'ouevres display, a photobooth, and an espresso cart. Plus the guestbook and placecard tables! There is a separate hallway area where we're planning to set up the guestbook and placecard tables. I'm wondering if it would fit somewhere in there... or maybe in the area between the ballroom space and the hallway, which is separated by arches... but I think that the bar and espresso cart might go there. ACK! I need a DOC to make me a floor plan so I can stop worrying about it :)

    I was thinking that it probably doesn't belong on the main floor but if you put it in the kid area, chances are he won't see it enough! I would definately try to put it like at the end of a hall or something. DOC would definately be able to help!
