Well it was worth a try :)I can't believe you already have 7 orders! Yesterday I got my first request for a pumpkin pie and I was like "seriously?! it's October 5!!" LOL. I guess.... 'tis the season. I generally make pies for the holidays - mostly for Thanksgiving but I usually make a couple pumpkins for Christmas as well.

If we were closer, I'd say I'd trade you! A couple of pumpkin rolls for a pie! FI loves Apple Pie, and I can't seem to make pies at all! I can make a great turn over, but a pie is just way too much for me.

Unless I buy the frozen pie crust and the apple filling so all I have to do is pretty much open the can and fill the pie shell and throw it in the oven.

I will admit that last I year I got way too many orders + too little time and had to use frozen pie crust for some. Honestly they were delicious, everyone loved them and no one knew the difference (or at least no one cared). For me, the key is a really delectable filling.
