There is the place downtown, I think it's across from the Federal Courthouse...

The only place I saw in NKY is in Florence on Youell Street (off main).

I went to the office downtown. It is in the Federal Building. I recommend going at an off time (dont go during lunch hours). I went  over a week ago to change my name and it took less than 20 minutes. Do yourself and them a favor and print off the materials that it states on their website. Fill out the form and make sure you have your marriage license and a photo id (govt issued) and you will be set. I was told I was the only one out of more than 10 so far the day I went in to have everything done. I was in and out in 20 minutes and on my way. They mail you your ssn card in less than 10 days and they give you temporary documents that will allow you to change your DL and work information. Good luck. Its between 4th and 5th street on main downtown.

Depending on where you live there is a SS office up in Fairfield. Its right by the Bridgewater Falls shopping center. I went there on a Friday mid-afternoon and it wasn't too bad, I did have to wait about half an hour.

There is also an SS office in Batavia off of Rt. 32, if you live on the east side.  I was in there once to get a replacement card, and it was super quick and easy!

I went to the one in Reading...it's on reading just south of cross county. I was in in and out 20 minutes and its right across the street from the DMV, so i immediately took my papers over there and got a new license.
