  A couture gown is ONLY hand sewn, a machine never touches the garment. The fabrication, details, all play a part...but the hands and customization for one person make a garment couture

  well hawt damn, I done learnt (say it like Madea...LOL!) something new cuz I sure didn't know and was starting to think people were just throwing it around to hike up the price of a dress...LMAO!

  Who knows??? Anything can be couture..they say it all of the time so I just go with it. Sometimes I think couture looks weird...lol

  So, would couture be any designer wedding gown (b/c they are all made by hand, and to the bride's specifications, and any extras that she adds)?
