Stumped... Anyone have unique registry ideas?

My circle won't do cash or gift cards and my registries are empty. I'm so out of ideas. We registered for china, silverware, glasses, sheets, towels, pillows, digi camera, digi video camera, tons of kitchen appliances, servingware, wine cooler, etc. Anyone have any unique ideas we should add that we're forgetting about? We're registered at Amazon, Macy's and BB&B.

More sheets and towels, you will always use them. Accessories for the cameras (SD card, photo printer, etc). Curtains? How is your everyday silverware/dishes? Pots/pans? Wine of the month club?

How about a digital picture frame, a really nice vase (if your FI is the type who likes to bring home flowers), extra sheets, throw blankets/extra pillows if you often have overnight guests, food storage containers, or a universal remote? My sister also got this really cool solar powered "rock" that has her address on it that she loved - it was her favorite wedding gift and can even be seen from the street at night when most other addresses on her street can't be.

bikes, helmets, a kayak, camelbacks, hiking boots..nevermind, that would be my list! But outdoorsy stuff would be creative. You might even find a new hobby if you didnt have to fund the equipment yourself!

We have outdoorsy stuff (new sleeping bags, a better air mattress, tent heater, etc).We also have a fire pit for our patio, outdoor speakers for the patio, a wine making kit, and other 'gadgets' that we'd love to have, but would probably never buy since they're 'nice to haves' waaaaay on the bottom on our list of items to buy.

I saw Amazon and my mind immediately went to books, lol. I suppose personal reading books might be a bit tacky, but there are tons of books on home decorating, cookbooks, DIY stuff... things you might want to use in the house that would look, well, not so tacky on a wedding gift registry.BB&B has really fun bathroom stuff.. besides the usual towels, maybe a shower curtain or a bath mat.. soup dishes or shower curtain rings? I saw a bathroom monkey set there that I would love complete with a toothbrush holder, lol.

i ran into the same problem and registered for things I probably won't use often... but people purchased them... like a bread maker, espresso machine, a variety of wine decanters, an electric knife, waffle iron... I totally agree on getting a nice set of luggage... did you register for a grill pan-those things are amazing!

If you're registered at Amazon you might think about a season of a show you both love, maybe some cook books, and board games. I know someone already said that, but my best friend did that and people loved it!

What about some really cool food-prep items?eg. panini press, quesadilla maker, juicer. Friends of mine got a Kitchen-Aid mixer and then registered for a ton of the attachments - there is so much cool stuff! Meat grinder, pasta maker, etc. Weigh scale?Upgraded bathroom accessories?

have you decided your honeymoon yet? Maybe you can do a honeymoon registry. you don't have to purchase the things on your registry. They open an account, and people make "purchases" towards stuff.....say horseback riding, or upgrade to first class flight, or a romantic dinner. You close out the account, and you get a check. You don't have to pay for the honeymoon with this unless u want to. You can use the money to pay for anything you want. Stuff you forgot to register for, or maybe photography. I know it is tricking your guests somewhat, but it beats the cash and gift cards. This way, you don't register for things you are not going to use, or are going to use once in 10 years. my future MIL has stuff she got at her shower, and 30 years later, she has never used them. When I did my registry, I went with things I needed rather that things that are just nice to have. If you think the honeymoon registry is not for you, then you may want to add your toasting flutes, cake knife and server, and cake topper. You will be using them on your wedding day, and your guests will be delighted to know that they got you something which has sentimental value to you. I hope this idea helps you. Good Luck

We registered at BB&B for sheets, comforter, china kitchen stuff, etc. FI also threw on a massage chair, some of that work out stuff they keep infront of the store, etc. We also registered at Target for a Wii and all the games, and Wii fit stuff that goes too, because he watned that. Plus towels, movies, etc and camping stuff...We also really need a vaccum but I don't know how to pick one out. Haha.Since you're at Amazon, pick out stuff you want from there. Just pick anything, it's OK if it's random.

My hubby to be loves to grill. So we put a bunch of grilling stuff on our registry - smokers; wood chips; barbecue tools; etc. We live in Vegas so we're outdoors a lot. We registered for a lot of outdoor cooking stuff, patio type stuff, and outdoor entertaining things. What about decorations for your house? I know BBB has wall hangings, pictures, candles, curtains/window coverings, etc. I agree though - everyone has had some great ideas!

For our housewarming some of the best gifts were our folding table & chairs, the wooden entertaining tray for drinks, lamps- also what about a lawn mower, power tools, or outdoor equipment? I can't say enough how useful a power drill is (espically for hanging all your amazing wedding photos!). My dad is super into the idea of us registering at Lowes and you might be able to find a lot of the same items on Amazon.

how about decorative things like lamps, candles, mirrors, paintings and stuff like that? i know im going to register for everything and anything. We are going to need everything like most couples. The BEST advice i got when talking about a registry was to walk around the house with a pen and paper and write down things you use on a daily basis. since it seems like you took care of the basics now think about the fun stuff you want but probably wouldn't buy yourself or just what youlike.
