Time frame question

We are getting married at 4pm and we are trying to figure out the time frame. What time sould dinner start. I was thinking like 7pm but we are we gonna do in the meantime? Also should I wear my dress or change into another dress?

    Our schedule: 4pm           Ceremony4:30-5pm   Group Photos (I figure the ceremony might start a little late so really shouldn't be a 1/2 hour worth of pics)5 - 6pm    Cocktail hour with Hor d'ourves6pm          Dinner

    This is our tentative schedule so far: 12:00-:30 (12:45)- Ceremony 12:45-1:00- Group pictures.1:00-1:45- Family, Wedding, Bride and Groom pictures.2:00-3:00 (4:00)-  Restaurant reception.I'm trying to give us time in between just in case we run over on time.

    Tentatively, we are starting the ceremony at 5:30.  Cocktails/appetizers from 6-7, dinner at 7.  We will do as many pics before the ceremony as possible...  and FI and I will have our pics during the beginning of the cocktail hour.
