Who are you using: Stephanie SokolWhy you chose them: First (and only) photographer I met. We clicked, FI loved her and the price was right ;)Budget: $2200What it includes: We customized a package that worked best for us... it includes a second photog, 10 hours, all copy rights, etc etc etc (no books included - I'll do this on my own)

Who are you using: Either Karen Lisa Artistic Photography or Ashley Cohlouer. Why: I narrowed it down based on their work, I'll probably choose Ashley based on her contract, and she's a little less pushy. Budget: My package with Karen Lisa is $3950, and it's 6 hours of shooting, an E-session, 1 album and the dvd with the images. The package with Ashley is her $3000 package and it's an E-session, 8 hours of shooting, a TTD session, a "guest book" album, and a DVD with all the images. I feel like I'm missing something from Ashley's package. I'm not sure. Anyways, I didn't have a budget because I knew I'd go over it for a photographer. It's the one thing I won't settle on.

Gregory PaulWe had family friends who used them for 2 weddings and both albums were gorgeous, and then when I met his wife she was just so easy to get along with and so excited. feel weird posting an amount, so if you want to know I can email it to you.WI think we got a really great deal, at least for this photographer, 8 hours, 2 photographers, an album, mini-engagement session, and a little surprise for our guests that I don't want to post since I know at least 1 will probably be reading this.

Who are you using: Amber with Amber Photography WorldWhy you chose them: We clicked instantly. She is super sweet, her pics are great and we couldnt beat the deal she was giving us.Budget: Way under $1000What it includes: Full ceremony/reception coverage, her and an assistant and a CD with all images and rights to them.

Who are you using: I am using 2! Crystal Fielding and Stephanie Sokol Why you chose them: Crystal is a long time best friend and is the most amazing photog i have ever seen..in my eyes. She takes more pictures then you could want..literaly took 1,000 at my bridal shower LOL. Budget: i dunno lol What it includes:Crystal inclues, engagement, bridal shower, includes a sleepover the night before and until todd and i shut the door on her face the day of the wedding night hahaha stephanie inclues ceremony and reception

Who are you using: Rebekah Hood, Kallima PhotographyWhy are you using them: I loved Rebekah's work )she shot a friends wedding) I met with her, and LOVED her. Budget: I didn't really know what to expect going into the whole thing so we didnt really have one. Our package was $3000.What it includes: Unlimited shooting, 2 photogs(her and her hubby), A coffetable book, all rights to pictures, a bunch of different prints and sizes, and the eshoot.. i think that's it.

Who are you using: Elegant ImageryWhy you chose them: I loved their work, and how unique and bright their pictures were. Please my friend used them last year and I really liked the photog, and her pics.Budget: the package I got was $3000.00 but its normally $6000.00What it includes: It includes the photog to be there from start to finish (no time line, unlimited hours), a coffee table ablum, editing and optimizing, 4x6's of all my proofs, and the rights to all my pictures. I have got a free $500 gift to apply to 6 different $500 gifts which I am using for our engagement shoot.

Who are you using: Heirloom Creative Photography. This is a friend of mine from HS that is based in SC. Why you chose them: I loved the photos he showed me and his flexability. Also, I've known the photographer since I was young and he gave me a great price.Budget: $1500 What it includes: Airfare, hotel, meals, photography for our welcome event, getting ready, ceremony, and reception, rights to the images, hi-res DVD. It may also include photography of the fairwell brunch depending on his flight schedule.

Who are you using: Lux Images (Andy) Why you chose them: After seeing Danielle's pics and meeting with Andy it was a no brainer for us. His work is so edgy and artistic. He never does the same shot twice and he's very creative and thorough. Budget: $4700 (including tax, eeek!) What it includes: 8 hours, 2 shooters, engagement session with 3 high res DVD's, online gallery, rights to photos.

I am using Gregory Paul. Fi and I clicked with them and he REALLY loved their style. They worked with our budget. I don't remember the details of the package but it includes picture of us getting ready, ceremony and most of the reception (i think 10 hrs maybe) and an album. He has come up with some really cool concepts and add-ons since we met with him over a year ago. Definitely worth checking out.HTHTyler

Who are you using: Tony Pinares Why you chose them: Well long story! At my reception it includes the photography and video and the first photographer they had and it was horrible as u all know and the drama i went through then i went to the reception place and i talked to them and they had a new photo and the guy is amazing Budget: i really dont know cause its included in the package all i have to pay is 65 bucks for the epics and 300 for the trailer opening video What it includes: a huge photo for the entrance i believe its 20 something by 20 something not sure i thin 16 by 24. the epics ceremony and party.

Forgot -- all digital negatives with license to use for personal use. I also got the upgraded leather coffee book table, but I have to check the contract to tell you the exact size (it is pretty big!).

This was the first vendor I booked; after booking my church and reception venue. *I chose Luis Manuel Photography. *I chose him because I clicked with him and his wife, instantly! I love his work and he has more experience than a lot of photographers out here. He is creative, unique and very much into details and capturing the "real" moments. *He worked with my budget. Prices are not set in stone, by talking to him and his wife and getting to know them, I was able to tell them everything I wanted the photography to include. *My custom package includes: a 12 x 12 coffee table album with 24 pages, an Engagement Session, Bride/Groom getting ready, 2 photographers at the church/ceremony and 1 for the reception 12:30 pm to 9:00pm total coverage time on contract, and one 11 x 14 portrait of my engagement session, which I will display during my cocktail hour. I think you should not be too conscious about your budget in this department because the photographs are all you will have left after the party: flowers are beautiful, but they die; people are always going to say something bad about the venue, food, cake, favors, decorations, invitations, etc. Choose someone who you feel comfortable with and whose work speaks for itself. You can never recreate your wedding day!
