In REMISSION!!!!!
I'm elated. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and I feel fantastic.
I had my final dress fitting this morning and then I had an doctors appointment afterwards.
This seriously must be my lucky day.
At my dress fitting I tried on my dress and everything was perfect. When it came time to pay the bill, my seamstress said it came to a total of $125. I asked her to repeat that because I was expecting $325. She said that it was $125, not a mistake, everything went really well and she spent alot less hours on it then she had expected to. So that was a savings of $205!
I then went to my doctors appointment and FI said he would meet me there. My doctor said she just wanted to go over our course of treatment when we booked this appointment so no tests were going to be done, etc, etc. So FI and I both showed up early and my name was called 15 mins before I was actually scheduled. Sweet, cause that never happens. My doctor sat us down in her office and told us that she went over my results and told us that she was proud to report that I no longer required treatments and that I was officially in remission.
I think we were in a bit of shock. Both FI and I just kind of sat there for a second quietly and then I just started laughing and he started crying. My doctor said that she wants to see me every 6 months for the next few years to keep an eye on everything.
So thank you girls for all your thoughts and prayers!
I think I'm going out to celebrate!
