Have you found a caterer?  If not, Liz, who owns Exquisite Cuisine is amazing.   I attended an event she did a couple of months ago and the food was amazing.  I am getting married in May and she is catering my wedding,

We are doing an open wine/beer bar for 100 guests.  We estimate the cost at $800 with us providing our own alcohol.

We paid an amount per head based on how "good" the alcohol was.  Ranged from $12-$25 per head based on my catering, and what you want.

It depends on quite a few factors.  If you have the event in a restaurant, then you'll have to pay the restaurants price per drink, which can add up quickly.  Some places have a flat price per person for unlimited drinks, which, depending on the quality of the alcohol served, can range from $15/pp to $40/pp.  The least expensive option for a lot of people would be to rent a venue and hire bartenders and get your own beer/wine/liquor at some place like Costco or Specs.  Again, the price of this option depends on the quality of alcohol you serve.
