  Today I feel anxious: we're getting engagement pictures taken this afternoon, but we're doing outside shots and it's 30 degrees out there. That's cold in my book. Side story relating to sicknesses:My family is the nanny family for a 4-year-old girl and my 25-year-old brother loves teaching her new things. For example, last year when prompted with, "what do you want for Christmas," (thanks to brother) her response was, "A NEW BABY BROTHER!" This years lesson was, whenever any coughs or sneezes, to say "SWINE FLU!" She did it at the grocery store yesterday at the top of her lungs and got some serious side eyes. Mom has since told brother that this one makes people uncomfortable and is working on teaching the little one...

  I'm in Texas for a shoot that has been a shitshow since I left the office.  My associate producer couldn't get the script done in time for some reason, so she faxed it to my hotel last night.  But it's so muddled, it's unreadable.  Highlighted text does not come through well on a fax machine, dipwad.  And then when I met with my city contact today, she said that the script was completely wrong.  I called the AP and she had no idea what to say.  The script doesn't go at all with what the city wants.Annnnd icing on the cake, it's pouring, so I can't shoot anyway.  So I'm in my hotel room until tonight, when I'll be tied up shooting a freakin' banquet full of drunks for the majority of the evening.  I hope they at least feed me.
