Plus Size MOB dress

My mother is having a hard time finding a dress. We have looked at Dillards, Macy's, Nordstroms, Alfred Angelo and David's Bridal but she isn't finding anything that will work. We were hoping that since it is getting closer to the holidays that the department stores might have more, but so far nothing. Do y'all have any suggestions to where we can find plus sized MOB dresses? TIA!

    Have you considered having her dress made? You could find a design that she likes, buy the fabric, and Becky Fowler could make it for you. Just an idea. Becky made my gown and had done many of the knotties BM dresses. She's great! GL

    My mom has a pear shape so she needed a small size on top but a borderline plus size on bottom. She found a MOB dress from the Jasmine Coture collection online and ordered it from a bridal shop in Dallas. it's beautiful! Becky altered it for her to fit at the top and it's amazing. I would look into that line.

    You might try Ross- I found my rehearsal dinner dress there and boutgh about 10 other dresses at the same time. They had a huge selection about a month ago. I went to the one at 75 and Parker in Plano but a friend went to one in Southlake and they had a lot too.

    Depending on how formal you're wanting, you might try Dress Barn. They usually have some nice things.
