Bridals

What are some good locations to take your bridals and if you know the fees how much are they?

I've seen some very nice pictures come out of the Gaylord Texan but they *might* require you to use their photographer. Several girls have had theirs done at other local hotels.  Old Red is a great place too but there is a charge if you are not having your wedding there.

My photographer just shot some at Bass Hall and I thought they were some of the most beautiful I had ever seen.  It almost made me want to do them myself. The Arboretum is also popular and beautiful.  The Stoneleigh Hotel or The Crescent.  But I have very classic taste--not sure what your style is.  I think some girls like the Cotton Mill (?) in McKinney?  Old Red is also beautiful.

I plan on doing mine at Arlington Hall/Lee Park. The inside is GORGEOUS but they charge $250 but you can use the outside and terrace's for free which is what we are doing. Also YWCA will schedule bridals with you. If you have your wedding there it's free. Don't know how much they would charge otherwise because I am having my wedding there :pLas Colinas Canals are pretty as well. My photographer doesn't ever get a permit and was stopped by security once and he said he wasn't taking commercial photography, he was taking pictures for the personal use of the couple he was photographing and the security guard walked off because he couldn't argue with that.

Oooh, Apple, I can't wait to see your bridal's!  Arlington Hall is beautiful--I work right across the street.  I would have love to have gotten married there but it is sooo expensive.

I did mine at the Crescent and loved it. It was $265 but that was for unlimited time and included a changing room. I also looked into Bass Hall and The Meyerson both had about the same fee for a certain time frame.

I took mine at the Dallas Arboretum.  It costs to get in, but my photographers paid for us.  I also went all over downtown Dallas.  That was free :)
