Anyone getting married on May 30, 2010?I was trying to lookup the weather almanac to see what is the weather prediction, but the site is too slow.Anyone here knows?
We looked at wunderground.com (the travel planner part) for weather patterns before picking a date. It doesn't have forecasts, but tells you the weather in that area for the past 10-15 years. We wanted to see what temperature it typically was on the dates we looked at, and whether it was a rainy part of the season or not. That said, our venue booked up for our first choice date (Sept. 8) and so we got married on our second choice date weather-wise (Sept. 1). We had PERFECT warm (80 degrees), sunny, unhumid weather. We have friends who got married the next weekend -- it was apparently humid and HOT (90s). As we had an outdoors-oriented wedding, I was happy that we didn't get that. Point? Forecasts don't guarantee anything.
I got married May 30 of this year and it was a perfect sunny day with blue skies and puffy white clouds. I wouldn't put too much faith in any weather predictions until May 28 or 29, and make sure you have a back-up plan for everything.
