Hi! My name is Hilary and I have been lurking on the S. Jersey, Philly and DE boards for a couple months. I am getting married next August at the Mansion in Voorhees.

    Congratulations and welcome to the board! We looked at the Mansion but figured it was too far away from our church.  What room will you be in?

    Welcome! The mansion was our number 2 choice but the room they had available for our date only held 125 ppl and our guest list is up to 185. We went with the Renault Winery.

    Thank you!My date is August 6th, a Friday.  We're having an evening ceremony and reception.  We almost booked a 2nd floor room (Tiffany?) because we had so few guests, but my mom loved the Windsor on the first floor so we're having it in there (parents are helping to fund this event) and have added a few more guests to the list.  Our guest count right now is about 95, and we already know of about 10 of them that wont be able to make it.  We both have smaller families and decided that only real friends should be invited, no aquaintences or coworkers (which made drawing the line VERY easy... no gray area).

    Congrats!  I;m also getting marred at The Mansion next October.  We were looking into the Winsdor room and we fell in love with the Garden room, but we decided to go with the room on the top floor because of the size.  What other vendors are you using?

    I bought my dress and BM dresses and thats about it.  Havent decided on a photographer, DJ or florist but I've been gathering lots of info via email.  Everyone I've contacted for info has been available on my date so I dont feel rushed to book them asap for fear of losing them.  Hopefully I'll get them nailed down in the next 2 months or so.
