  It's still the same basic color. It's not going to be ugly. You have a month left, so don't stress yourself out over this. People aren't going to notice or care if the ties don't exactly match the BMs' dresses. Plenty of brides use different shades of the same basic color as their color scheme. Nobody's going to think you had an "ugly" wedding just because the dresses and ties aren't the exact same shade of cornflower blue.

  I figured it wasn't that big of a deal, but I still wanted to see what you guys had to say. Thanks, I do feel a little better, lol! Plus, that should be one of the least of my worries.. I still have so much to do in so little time!

  You can see in this photo that my colors didn't match http://tinyurl.com/yz4955uAnd it didn't look bad. I tried to hard to match the greens as best as I could... but it wasn't a perfect match.

  Sara - Nice choice on photo location!Shelly - They don't need to be the same shade, they just need to not clash. Some BMs even wear dresses of the same colour but different shades. If you want to make it more matchie though, maybe give the BMs some flowers with the GMs shade of blue and the GMs flower of the same shade of blue as the BMs dresses.

  I agree with everyone else, my colors are brown and blue, and I know that everything won't match perfectly... Don't let a little detail like that stress you out!
