  I just started going to Classique in Waldwick for my hair, switching from another stylist I used for a long time. Not cheap but overall I am happy with the experience and the service.  I use MJ for my hair--she's excellent at blowouts (if you want to do curls go see her--amazing!!) and I've had compliments on my color recently. I am blonde but not platinum.
  
  There is also a younger stylist there named Emma. She has that color you are looking for--that light blonde and I'm sure she could help you achieve the color you are looking for. I think her natural is dirty blonde and her hair always looks gorgeous. She does nice work.
  
  Classique is worth a try-- Of course, I would recommend testing them out a few months before the wedding just to make sure you are happy with your results. Added bonus is you can sneak in for a quick mani next door (same owner, same place) while your color sets.

  I just recently started going to Nicole at Americana Salon in Livingston. I'm not a full blonde like that, but she is! I love the way she does my color.

  I use Nicole at Pink Comb salon for color and she does a great job.  I'm not that super blonde, but she's done lots of different blonde colors on me and they've all turned out to be just want I asked for.

  Try Bangz in Montclair, they are great with coloring and highlights.   I have used a couple of differnet ladies there and they are all wonderful.
