Pollish: yesterday, today and tomorrow

Yesterday we had friends visit for the afternoon/night--it was so nice as we haven't had much human/friend contact since moving. Today I had the surgery for the abnormal biopsy I posted about a couple weeks ago. Tomorrow I will take Ibuprofen and do nothing!

    Yesterday: Was my birthday and it was absolutely the best day ever. I have an amazing husband, family and friends. Today: I found out my first day of work at my cool new job will be Monday. Tomorrow: I will finish decorating the sugar cookies I baked today and send them off to my BFF in Ohio.

    Yesterday, DH and I unpacked and ran errands. We bought a ton of groceries using our gift cards and got some things off our registry with others. Today, I was back at work and it was less stressful than I imagined. I'm making slurptastic soup and doing some other household stuff with DH. Tomorrow, I have no plans besides work. I need to find some friends in Durham/Raleigh. HAHA!

    Yesterday: I added CHRISTMAS things to our Bed, Bath and Beyond registry for my Christmas Shower to be held in about 5 weeks. Today: I got out of rotation a little early, spent $100 on groceries (for one person) at Walmart, and am enjoying a glass of wine - the best well spent part of my $100. Tomorrow: I will be up at 4:00 for early rounds at the hospital (just like every other day this week) - but it's Friday Eve, so it won't be so bad!

    Yesterday the boy and I shopped (without any luck) for a bike for him.Today I managed to make it out of the car shop for less than $40! Epic victory on my 13-year-old Geo! I also bought the mum I have wanted for the front porch.Tomorrow I have to work late and I am not looking forward to it at all.And Grace- I'll be your friend!

    Yesterday I spent more time driving to and from UNC's campus than actually on it.  Today I found out I can get more hours at work (yay) and we are heading to play trivia with our closest friends in a bit!Tomorrow fall break starts and I plan to do all the projects that I have piled up for school started/done or some progress made on them!Grace I'll be your friend too!  Us Durhamites gotta stick together! :)

    Yesterday I didn't do anything except work :(Today I worked in both of my Charlotte area stores & we're about to head out to see 'Law Abiding Citizen' (new movie with the guy from 300).Tomorrow I'm working in Greenville, SC & packing up to spend the weekend in Johnson City, TN as a bridesmaid for one of my best friends :)

    Yesterday I was still dead tired from our trip & didn't do half of what I was supposed to, including the last of the unpacking. Today I'm researching a design for a pirate cake for a work luncheon next week, & will start editing my vacation pics. Tomorrow I'll drive my friend's Magnum into work & (hopefuly) get to work on editing some of my cousin's wedding pics.

    Yesterday : I cleaned the whole house including the floors and went shopping with my MOH and fell in love with HomeGoods at Southpoint. . it puts my beaver creek one to shame Today : I went and talked with a florist and a baker and have made an appointment for next Monday morning for a tasting at the local bakery :) Tomorrow : I will go ride horses for 4 hours in the morning (I love that temp job). . then I go to my second temp job and babysit and then get some fantastic finds from Grace ! woohoo (My centerpieces are 75% complete -just need flowers now-) and they've come in WAY under budget :) I'll be friends too!! my other friends moved away to grad school. We're having a movie night / grill out Sunday! :)

    Mm hmm  FI is starting to get pretty awesome with the grill :) I've got like 4 coupons for Blockbuster thats Rent 2 Movies, Tub of popcorn and 2 20oz drinks for free (each coupon). . .Im totally taking advantage of them :)

    Yesterday I got up early to go to the gym, skipped both of my classes and went to work. Today I worked, went to lab and I'm currently at a soccer game. Tomorrow I will go to class, work at the fair for the first of 4 days (scooping yummy ice cream) and go out for drinks with FI and a friend we haven't seen in a while :-)

    Yesterday: All I did was work work work.Today: I took a long shower and worked worked worked.Tomorrow: I don't have to work work work and I'm going to the fair and get to spend some time with FI when he gets home. I'm so excited!

    Yesterday: I am in town visiting fam in Charlotte. Did our first bridesmaid dress shopping trip at J Majors with Mom, Sister, and nephew. Exciting! Today: Had an amazing dinner at Brixx with the family. We all went for hot chocolate at Starbucks, and I bought my first Expresso Truffle of the season. :) Tomorrow: Getting up early, driving to Columbia with FI so he can take a test for work. Can't wait to get back to our house at the beach to unpack all the stuff we picked up in Charlotte.

    Yesterday: Had a big grant-review at work, then had coffee with a good friend and talked about our dogs and wedding stuff.Today: I'm going to avoid Chapel Hill and probably hang out at FI's house in Carrboro per the instructions in my mail that there will be ridiculous traffic due to the game. Which we will probably watch. :)Tomorrow: We have our tasting with Durham Catering, and then I'm taking the rest of the day off so we can go to the fair!Grace I'll totally be your friend. Does your dog like playdates? Because my dog is all over new doggie friends... :)Kristy- I hope your surgery went well and you feel better soon!

    Our dog NEEDS playdates.  He loves new doggies and gets bored if he doesn't have someone to run around the yard with...  We live by Northgate Park in Durham and there is dog park there if you ever want a playdate :)

    I'm a day late but I want to play!Yesterday: my cable box and modem died AGAIN so I spent the night writing thank you notes and listening to the radioToday: I am doing the most boring part of my job...all day longTomorrow: I am having a mad dash cleaning spree because DH is finally coming home on Saturday and I want it looking good for him!

    Yesterday: Dropped FI off out the airport for his week long business trip in florida :( But I did get to watch my Phillies win the NLCS! Today: Ashley is coming over to do my B-Pic!! Tomorrow: preparing for homecoming and editing together a video for the animal shelter's fundraiser dinner this weekend. Grace: Wii Fit is so much fun! You definitely need to get it!

    I'm a day late.... oh well...Yesterday- I worked, and had showmars for dinner, and then we went to Marshalls to find DH some new work jeans- we found 2 pair of Luckys that fit perfect for 1/3 of what he normally pays for them! YAY!Today- I am working... blah.... I'll be sending my old prom dresses off to a store in Durham for girls who can't afford them, and donating lots of old glassware to goodwillTomorrow- IS FRIDAY! wahoo! Can't wait! I get off at 1, and plan to do a little shopping :-)

    Grace - I don't have the Wii fit but my friends that have it like it.  I think it makes slightly snarky comments though if you aren't consistent!

    I'm a day late too, but want to play so I can procrastinate! Yesterday: I stayed home from work sick/exhausted and did 8,000 loads of laundry and made veggie chili. Today: I am at work and trying to piece together a massive undertaking in just one day. I am going to pick up a small cake from Cinda shortly, since we only got ONE BITE of our actual wedding cake. Tonight we are eating that cake!!! Tomorrow: I am off work!!! Packing for the HM and trying to get a grip on my preflight anxiety.

    lusher--I love that you are getting a small cake of your wedding cake. Will it be decorated like your cake? Was this planned or impromptu because you didn't eat much of it? And I can't wait until our 1 year when we get a small cake to celebrate with provided by our baker... trust I will figure out a way to get that cake even though it is in Greensboro and I am in CT.

    grace - i'm pretty old school and not really good at video games so i play the old Mario Bros.  love that you can download them onto the Wii.  Also Mario Kart.  Patrick is more into it and he likes anything that involves shooting.  We also play Wii Sports together.  Tennis freaks our dogs out though!
