hair and makeup artist for approx $35 for hair $35 for makeup

Hello ladies I am having a terrible time trying to find a hair and makeup artist for a reasonable price and whom still does a nice job. Of course I expect to pay more for my hair and makeup but I would like to stay in that budget for my girls. Thank you for all of your help! I live in Mckinney so anyone in plano/allen/dallas area.

I'm going to be honest and say it's probably going to be really tough to find someone with those kind of prices for hair and makeup.

I think for that price you might try calling a salon like Ulta or Beauty Brands and see if they will accommodate a wedding group (and you can all go to that salon).  But honestly, even an updo in a salon like that will probably run $40-$50.For makeup, you can try the cosmetic counters (like Clinique or Estee Lauder or MAC) and then you just have to purchase product (which may be doable for $35)

I agree!  You could always go to a counter and get their makeup done for free (maybe purchase something like a lipstick or whatever).  Clinique is really good.

http://www.ahmakeupartistry.com/ I found this website. They have an a la cart option. You do your own foundation, and powder. The MUA does eyes and cheeks. I am haven't started  really looking for a MUA yet so I  haven't looked for any reviews or anything. It may be worth checking out.

There are two places I know for that price range.. called Ramsey's in Lewisville and tell them you have a group of bridesmaid they are doing it for 25 per girl because I said give me a low rate and I will tip well usually they charge like 45. the other lady I know is Anna in lewisville 972-221-3689 I know you probably dont want all these lewisville places but thats all I know. there is also a hair academy there and if you call and tell them they charge 25 for hair

MAC has a minimum purchase of $50. I'd also check with makeup consultants like Mary Kay ladies.

I don't know if she'll be in your price range but you can try- Carole Lucio at Hair Color for the World in Addison. She did my hair for my bridals. I did my own makeup. My sister, who lives in NJ, did my hair for my wedding sine she is a hair resser. I don't remember Carole being too much for the bridal hair but I dont have receipt so not sure. Call and ask her.972.726.8776 . Tell her Jessica sent you.
