Red Winter Signature Drinks?

We are having a standard open bar with assorted juices, liquor(vodka, rum, whiskey,gin,bourbon,scotch, tequila, amaretto and coffee liquor)Sweet and Dry Vermouths, Triple Sec, Apricot Brandy, Peachtree Schnapps, Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite, wine and beer. Any suggestions?

Something with cranberry juice, like cosmopolitans. Something hot, like coffee with Bailey's Irish Cream, or chocolate liqueur. Hot mulled cider or wassal (warm wine punch). Spiked eggnog

Anything made with cranberry or pomegranate juices are automatically red. For winter, have the option of hot cocoa (with alcohol available to add in such as Bailey's, etc) and hot spiced cider (and again, people can have alcohol added after it's served if they prefer but have non-alcoholic too). Coffee and tea are a must regardless. Your non-drinkers will probably appreciate an espresso bar.
