I have a dog named Lucy, but I realized that I can't remember the last time I actually called her by her name. I always call her Doodle (the reason for this is long and embarrassing and makes me and my husband sound like crazies) or Dodo Bird (when she does something dumb).So what are your pets' names, and what do you actually call them most of the time?

My old cats were named Harmony and Melody (yes, I'm a dork). Harmony was the boy and for some reason his nickname wound up being Handy. It's the only thing he would consistently respond to.

I hane two cats. Charley gets called Charley-girl. She's a sweetie. My Lucy gets called goose. Because I'm maverick and she's my wing-man.

Anna - my husband calls our dog Goose, too. I guess Goose naturally goes along with Lucy.

Demon the cat has many names. Included are fluffy pants, fluffy tail, flufferbutter, prissy pants and fluff ball. She has long fluffy fur and it makes her look like she has MC Hammer pants that fluff out, hence the nicknamesKatie the dog is the whompus, whomps-a-lot, whompanator, slowbee, stinky beast and katie the wonder whompus.

My chihuahua (Buster-I did not name him) is usually 'Buster Brown' for some strange reason.My cat (Phineas) is usually Phin for short. Sometimes I call him phin-phin.Nothing interesting.

Cabana is Cabana Banana or Ban or Ban Ban.Stewee is fatty because she eats a lot or Stew Stew. I like to duplicate people's names. Kind of like on Cinderella "Gus gus" That's how I say it. I say it the way the other mouse says it. "Stew stew".

Oh, and my cat Napoleon (who ran away a few weeks ago and hasn't come home) is usually referred to as Nappy Leon because he is huge and hairy, and gets clumps in his hair if we don't brush him every.single.day.

Our cat is Minka. We call her Miss Minka, Minka kitty, Minka Katzemoyer, Katzemoyer, Goomba, and Katz. My animals have ALWAYS had weird nicknames.My parents had a dog named Pepper. Her nickname was Boofus. I don't know how I came up with that one. I'm full of crazy.

Quincy (Quinton) is called; Quinny, ninny (sometimes with a "no no" thrown in front), ninja, ninja turtle, nene, murder meat, boogie bear, Q, quincini, Q-ball, baby train, Quimbleton, Quinston, etc....We're a little out of hand with the nicknames

Zelda the cat is otherwise known as Zelda Welda, Zeldar, Kitty Kitty, and Pretty Girl.Ginger the new puppdog is otherwise known as puppydawg, Pretty Girl, Ginge, and Ginga the Ninja.The pretty girl thing is probably going to get kind of confusing for them...

Our one dog's name is Dawn, I always call her Dawners or Puppy.The other dog's name is Malcolm. FI likes to call him Malcolnator, I usually call him Mr. Malcolm-face for some reason.The cat just goes by Gracie most of the time.

Buckley mostly gets called Bucket...or Buckleypants, Mr. Bucket, or Sprocket.Southpaw gets called Southie, Princess, or Monkey.Millhouse gets called Millie occasionally. Also Millsquatch and Thrillhouse.

"Thrillhouse"!! Awesome. I love the part of the simpson's episode where he puts that on the screen and then it reads "welcome Thrillho"When we first got my dog Knuckles (I was 12) my dad wasn't living with us. Every time he'd come over to the house, he'd pretend he didn't know her name. He'd always call her "Bumpers". And a friend of mine insisted on calling her "Kipling". And she also dubbed my cat Marcia "Marcel". I just call her Mar-mar.FI calls FSIL's great dane "big dumb klutz" He even has a song for her.
