  • I just check netbride, and they dont offer Alfred Angelo dresses. At least, not from what I could see. Thanks for the idea tho.

  • It sounds like you need a break! I suggest going to see a movie or go for a walk. It will give you a break from wedding planning and then you can relax again. :)

Repeat this to your self: My Wedding Party is made of my family and friends and I should treat them as such.

  • I agree with most everyone else. Speak with the dress shop and find out excactly the latest that the dress needs to be ordered. My BM's dresses all are coming from Alfred Angelo. When I spoke with them to see how long it would take for the dresses, they stated 8 weeks, but that if there was a problem with a dress like it didn't fit (too small) or if there was a flaw with the material they would have to order a brand new dress and it would take another 8 weeks. I wouldnt have been to worried about somthing like that, excpet the last wedding I was in, the bride told us we had 2 weeks to order our dresses and that was the absolute lastest date that they could have been ordered. Poor plaining on her part, because 2 out of the 3 of us, had problems with our dresses, and we were stuck with them because we were 6 weeks out from the wedding. So for my wedding, I set a date that all dresses needed to be ordered by and told my girls well in advance. I also took to mind the holidays and hopefuly not hitting anyone with addtional costs durring the holidays. Their dresses will be here way in advance, but we planned ahead for the "just in case". Also remember that pending on where you get alterations, they can take anywhere form 2 to 4 weeks. And rush fees for dress orders and alterations will really add up quickly. Good luck! I'm sure it will all work out just fine!
