Thoughts on neighborhood - Disney streets

Hi All -

Wondering if I could get some local feedback on the neighborhood in north west Dallas. Around Royal/Midway, I think it is called the Disney neighborhood, streets - Snow White, Alladin, etc.

    My parents live around there. It's nice. It's Dallas ISD so we wont move over there. BUT it's a nice little neighborhood.

    If it's the area I'm thinking, I used to work for the Town North YMCA over there.  It is a really nice little neighborhood.  It is DISD, but the school's in that area are all recognized or exemplary.  Alot of people who lived in that area and sent their kids to the Y also put their kids in a couple of the private schools in the area.  I thought it was a very nice neighborhood.

    Thanks ladies...unfortunately the realtor hadn't updated MLS so it is already under contract...hopefully the 3rd one will be the charm :-/
