TJs has the BEST cornbread mix, IMO.  It is sweet and wonderful.  DH likes his cornbread dry and sans sugar (i.e. nasty), so he doesn't like it, but I take corn muffins made with the TJ mix often to potluck type events.  They are always a hit.

    If I don't use Jiffy to make cornbread quick I use Tj's mix. The only thing I have against it is the dried corn, every so often I get a piece that doesn't soften up and it is not yummy.

    Cornbread should be neither dry nor sweet. wtf is wrong with you people?Cornbread should be made with bacon drippings, and really good meal, and a little flour, and egg, and hellman's and milk. Y'all are some freaks.
