I really like them.  I think they add a fun, whimsical touch to your standard invite.

They're very different and unique.  While they're not my style, I do like them.  And I think the STD's are a cute idea!

I really like them. I love the timeline STD idea. Are you doing two versions of the invites or are they just presenting two and you pick one?I like "Reception immediately following" better, but it's not an error, just personal preference.

Melissa82- The bottom set (with the fuschia) was the first round.  I had them lighten it up a bit.  The top set (light pink paisley) has all of my adjustments. One of my fears is that this invitation is HIGHLY personalized.  Is it too childish/silly?  I mean, I have a drawing of my pets in there :)

If you didn't TELL me it was a drawing of your pets I wouldn't know.  I don't look at them as silly.  Like I said, they're not my style, but ti's not my wedding.  If I received one, I'd think they were cute, unique and different...

I don't think they look childish at all. I wouldn't know it was your pets, but maybe people that know you will catch that detail (having seen them before, knowing that you talk about them, etc.).Now that you say it though, I did notice the animals and it made me pause for sec. I didn't think negatively about it, I guess I've just never really seen animals on an invite before.

i love them, but i love anything that goes against the grain.  the colors are fab, and the drawings whimsical and sweet.  i am not a fan of "formal attire" on the invite, but i guess that's fine, esp. if you think your uncle pete will show up in his boxers?  also i would have kept "four in the afternoon" all in lowercase, but that is just a person design thing.

AllieCarrie - www.momentaldesigns.com - I saw one of their invites in one of The Knot magazines.  I was obsessed but had no idea who designed it.  So I googled "hand-painted wedding invitations" and lo and behold, they were the first to pop up!  The invite I saw in the mag is the aqua/pale green tree invite featured on their homepage. I think it's just so fun and whimsical (which seems to be a running theme both in these comments and in how I describe all the elements of my wedding).  They've been great to work with so far.  Unlimited adjustments, write back to e-mails ASAP, etc.  When I saw the timeline STDs on their site, I knew I had to have those too!

I LOVE the timeline STDs! I saw them in a magazine once but wherever they came from, the price was higher than I wanted to spend. Yours are fab!

They are beautiful. I see her sets start at 6.75 is this for basic designs? Thanks!

Love the time line STD and I really like the revised version of the invitation. Very fun and different! The only think that seems "off" to me is that you put 'formal attire' so I'm assuming you're having a formal wedding, but IMO these invitations don’t match the formality of your event. I don't think it's really a big deal just soemthing I noticed.
