Kristin, do you recall which salad and type of mashed potatoes you had at your reception?  Thanks!

    The salad was called the Nina Salad and I can't remember if the potatoes were the cheddar bacon mashed potatoes or the applewood mashed potatoes.

    Thanks!  I was thinking about having the pear salad, but the Nina one was good!  I think I had the bacon cheddar potatoes at the tasting, and they had a lot of cheese on them, so yours must have been the applewood bacon potatoes (which I was thinking about choosing, but I hadn't tasted them).  Now I know they were pretty good, so I can go ahead with that selection.I'd already decided on the pasta pomodoro, which is what you had, too.  I'm going there tonight to pick out our menu.

    Good luck with picking out your menu.  There was a lot of good stuff, but we picked the items that seem to be the most popular...and for a good reason b/c they're delicious!
