Will had much more fun at the pumpkin patch this year than he did last year. They also had some little ride things and a petting zoo. We fed all the animals. Will was a little nervous about the animals, and then a sheep tried to bite me and I was a little nervous about them too. He was upset that he couldn't carry either of the bigger pumpkins we picked out, so we let him pick out a little one. He loves his little pumpkin. Thanks Ali! He's at a super awesome age right now, everything he does is fun. Well, except for yesterday when he threw drumsticks at my head. He gave me a hug when I told him sternly that you do not throw things at Mommy.

I know Mulva. This one was more reasonably priced than the one we went to last year, but yeah. "Patch" implies that there is something growing. Exp, I had to check to make sure the cameltoe in the picture wasn't me. I was afeared for a moment.I think we're carving them tonight. We'll see how he does with the innards.

I'm pretty sure San Diego is not prime pumpkin growing climate. These were trucked in from somewhere else and piled up. At least this year it wasn't 85.

This was the first year we did the pumpkin patch thing. I was so excited to see pumpkins in their natural habitat. We found a place where they actually grew them. Walking around, I was a bit confused. All of the vines were brown and the pumpkins were mushy. I was wondering if pumpkins were mushy while on their oh so lush brown vine, but hardened up when removed. Then it occurred to us that we had a freeze the week before that killed the whole patch. It was gnarly. It smelled funny. Therefore, I do not have any cute pictures of Andy nomming on a pumpkin.

Thanks Noisy, but I think pumpkin season may be offically dead today. We are expecting 8-10 inches of snow in the city. I'll just have to jump on it earlier next year.
