Just wanted to say congrats on going 6 days without smoking!! I work with two ladies who are always trying to quit and can see how hard it must be!! Keep up the good work!!!

Big congrats - I quit smoking a few years ago and its awesome to not need a cigarette. Seriously its so unbelievably hard, you will want to kill people (esp. non smokers), you will want to steal cigarettes from people, but its worth it I promise!

Glad to hear its going well! Hopefully it continues that way - after 6 days you're through the worst of it. When I quit, it seemed that it would go really well for a while then out of no where, like 3 months quit, I'd get a really strong craving. Those were the hard times. You will feel, and smell and taste, a million times better the longer you stay quit.
