Where did you buy your wedding bands?

I think both FI and I are thinking fairly simple and classic wedding bands and we wanted to start shoppign this weekend. What are your recommendations for jewelry stores in the Boston/South Shore/West of Boston areas?

FI and I bought our bands at Ross-Simons in the Prudential Mall. We worked with Andrea and highly recommend her.

We got ours at BRAG - Boston Ring & Gem in the Jewelers building downtown - Amazing quality, amazing price. Highly recommended!

Both E-Ring and our wedding bands are from Barmakian - we love them.  There is one in downtown crossing in the jewelers building, one in Framingham, and one in Nashua (can save on sales tax by going to the Nashua one - we saved over a $ in taxes).

My E ring and our wedding bands (which we haven't purchased yet) are/will be from Long's Jewlers.  They have locations in Boston, Burlington, Peabody, Braintree and Natick.  They are reopening two stores in NH this summer (Nashua and Newington) if you want to wait and go there to save the tax.

If you go to the Burlington store, my FI worked with Judd on my E Ring and had a fantastic experience.

My ring was custom made by Gary at Persona Jewelers in Kenmore Square, and FI's ring we ordered online from James Binnion Metal Arts.  I definitely recommend Persona--they have some gorgeous rings & Gary can customize anything if you have a particular style/look in mind.

A couple I know got their rings from Long's and really had a great experience there.  And another couple got theirs from Barkmakian in Boston and also recommend them.

My Ering is from Barmakian and I plan on going back this weekend to look at wedding bands. Its from the Boston store (though FI had the ring shipped to NH for tax reasons).

Mine is from Barmakian in NH (they had the best selection of yellow gold bands we saw) and we bought FI a simple gold band from Longs in Burlington.

We'll be buying ours at Barmakian.. probably the one in Framingham but maybe we'll take a day trip up to the NH store to avoid the sales tax. When we went and looked the sales staff was excellent and I was very happy about their selection and prices.

My e-ring and both of our bands are from King Jewelers on 3A in Cohasset. We worked with Vicki and Val King and they were absolutely wonderful to us. I highly recommend them!

my E-ring and wedding band were from Barmakian (in Framingham).  DH actually got his at the Zales outlet at the Wrentham outlets (it's surprisingly nice for a very decent price)

We got our wedding bands from Serjeo in downtown crossing...he is AWESOME, makes everything custom and is so fairly priced.  He also does things like offer free cleaning/polishing/repairs for life.  Not too long ago we went in to put another payment down on our wedding bands and he was looking at my e-ring...he saw that some of the rhodium (my e-ring is white gold) had worn off and said he'd go "clean" it and to meet him in his shop after we made the payment.  So a fewe minutes later we go into his shop and he replated my ring for me, for free!! He loves his customers and does amazing work. :)

My engagement ring is from Joseph Gann in the jewelers building and we plan to go back for our wedding bands.  I've also heard great things about Cohasset Jewelers.
