  I was sure I'd vote stained glass but when I looked at the two pictures, because the stained glass has the big wooden frame around it, at least in the picture it isn't that pretty.  The solid white, to me, just gives a better look on that wall.    What do people who've seen it in person think?

  I absolutely love stained glass, and I definitely liked the look of that over the cross. So the stained glass got my vote!

  I think the cross looks out of place, like it was just slapped up there. The stained glass is much prettier IMO.

  Either is fine.  People expect to see a cross in a church, and if the religious aspect of the ceremony meant a lot to you, then you probably wouldn't have to ask.  So go with the stained glass, it's very pretty, and still "churchy" looking.

  Thanks ladies! I am religious, but I agree with one of the above posts that the cross looks as if it was just kinda thrown up there - I think the stained glass is a prettier backdrop. But I wanted other opinions other than my own & no one else has seen it in person except for me so that doesn't help my decision making either - haha.
