Question
I was thinking about buying a crinoline and dying it red. I tried doing a google image search to see how it would look and I couldn't find any pictures. I am still even debating on getting a crinoline. Do you ladies think it is worth it? Also do you think it is a good idea to dye it or just leave it as it is.

I personally wouldn't dye because it doesn't seem to be as popular anymore. But if you want it, go for it.

I disagree that most dresses look better with one. In my experience, many dresses have all the structure they need already built in. I cringe when I see dresses with a wad of extra tulle they don't need.
But, absolutely try it on and see if you do need it. Most dress shops will be eager to sell you one (one shop I went to was even pushy about it with a dress that didn't need it), so you shouldn't have any issues with getting them to let you try one on.
