I will live vicariously through your halloween-ness. We just took the dog out so that we dont have to until trick or treaters are GONE, partly so my dog doesnt freak out and partly so that no one knows were home.

I bought a costco-sized bag of mini bars a few weeks ago... I already ate all of the kit kats out of it. Oops. I don't even think we get trick or treaters. Double oops.

NCV, I was very conscious about the candy I bought because I didn't want to be a bad candy house- ha ha. bgb, I also have an orange cat, so I'm all set. Nebb, this is the 1st year in our house, so I'm super gung ho; next year it will probably be old news and I'll leave the lights off. Sabine, that's why I waited until about an hour ago to buy candy.

It was $4 at Petsmart, I couldn't resist. He is so laid back he doesn't really seem to care, but we felt bad so we took it off him. We'll put it back on when the kids start coming.

OMG Brie! I had to call DH over to look at Millhouse in his Tigger outfit. So adorable. I think DH's ready to drive across country and kidnap your dog. Also, Georgia, Pixie Stix? V nice.

Love the jack-o-lanterns, mrs.jesse. I was going to buy a big pumpkin, but all they had left were extremely misshapen ones. So I bought a couple "pie" pumpkins and stuck them on the front porch to give it a little Halloween-ness.

We have butterfingers, snickers bars, reese's cups, mini-twizzlers, and... oh yeah. Peanut butter m&ms for me. If the kids don't show up, I'm screwed.

I know, if the kids don't start trickling by soon, the Milky Ways will be gone. I'm expecting at least a couple young kids soon before it gets dark.

The little kids in the building start around 4:00 so they're not out late.In my building you have to sign up to get trick or treaters so that people not wanting them aren't bothered. The doormen hand out the lists the day before.With 850 apartments here, it's quite a good place to TOT.No one from outside is allowed in unless they are with a kid living in the building. Screens out strangers, I guess

Mrs.Jesse your pumpkins are amazing! We didn't carve any this year, I will only be home for 3 hours today between jobs so it seemed kind of silly.

Uuuuugh!! I feel like the most awful person ever. A kid just came to the door and he looked so cute and I looked out the blinds and didnt answer the door because we have no candy. I feel like I ruined his halloween and he was so adorible.

I wish they would do that here, oot. We have no clue if/when we'll get any TOTers. It's 6, so if we're getting some I'd imagine they'd start showing up soon.

Brie.. yes Dex is a beagle too, there is so many on here lately, and they are all so cute! Mrs.Jesse I think it will be a fun night to be working at the bar... I never have here but used to back in Sask. It's fun to see all the costumes.
