Engagement Photos

We're taking our engagement photos on Sunday, so unsure of where to go, don't want the typical Forest Park scene, just want something unique and nice.  Any suggestions?

    You could check out the new CityGarden- it has unique sculptures and fountains- that would be something fun.  There's also Tower Grove Park, Lafayette Park (although I'm biased), and Francis Park which has really pretty lily ponds, although I'm not sure what they look like this time of year (it's in the St. Louis Hills neighborhood).  If you want some color you could head to Soulard or downtown St. Charles and get those red brick streets in the background.

    Main Street St Charles has some beautiful places to shoot.  We had ours in and around the gazebo and they turned out great.  His uncle had an engagement shoot about three weeks ago and they got alot of different types of shots in that area.  There are alot of old buildings, neat gardens and just cool things to get pictures around so you get alot of different looking pictures without traveling all over.  Hope this helps!
