"tipping" Alter servers

For you ladies that were married in church, what did you give them?  Also, what did you do for the priest?  TIA :)

    We didn't have alter servers and we had to give a donation of $200 to the church to have the wedding.  (There was nothing given specifically to the priest).  We did have to give the organist a bench fee of a hundred something (even though he didnt play and my brother did).

    My cousins were my altar servers, I gave them each $50. I think that's what we "tipped" the priest too.
