Hi all, I'm a long-time lurker in need of some advice. We are planning a lunch reception for our wedding in the spring, and my FI and I disagree about the potential menu. Our venue is known for its excellent steaks, but I worry that steak will be too heavy for lunch (12:30p). We aren't big fans of fish or chicken. Maybe pork or lamb would be a lighter and more lunch-appropriate. Thoughts? How would you feel about being served a petite filet at lunchtime?
Re: Steak too heavy for lunch?
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.
Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284
