Savoy Strings - Contact info?

Has anyone used Savoy Strings recently or will you be using them in the future?  I contacted Regina but she told me that she no longer coordinates or plays for the group and that she didn't know how to get in touch with them.  I would love current contact information if anyone has it!Thanks!

    I contacted Regina too and she told me that she is now just performing with Cambridge Strings. Their prices seem very reasonable and we are trying to go see them rehearse in the next month.I didn't realize that Savoy Strings were still together.

    Same thing happened to me regarding contacting Regina about Savoy Strings and learning that she's actually just performing with Cambridge Strings now. As mentioned above, I also thought Cambridge Strings rates seemed reasonable so FI and I are actually checking out their rehearsal this week. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

    BC- please let us know! I was going to go to their rehearsal on Friday, but decided to wait until they rehearse in Somerville/Charlestown because it is easier for us to get to from our place.

    That's so funny!  She didn't even mention Cambridge strings.  For those of you who have been in contact with them, can you let me know their rates and/or contact information.  Also, let us know what you think after the rehersals!

    Hey there - Regina is playing only with Cambridge Strings now, and she was my one and only contact for Savoy Strings. However, she said they do still have contact and substitute for one another, so I would say it would be worthwhile to get in touch with Regina anyway. I'm sure she can give you better info on how to contact Savoy Strings.

    Sorry for the late response - I got tied up and work and didn't see the end of this conversation.Regina has been my contact for Cambridge Strings. She quoted me $450 for a string trio or $600 for a quartet for music before and during the ceremony, as well as during the cocktail hour.HTH!BostonGirl, I will definitely report back on what we think, although keep in mind, I have no musical talent of my own so it will be a general impression! :)

    Cambridge Strings was already booked for my date and that is why she didn't mention it!  She is going to forward my email on to someone who plays for Savoy Strings so if I make any contact with them I will post the information on the boards.
