In addition to Rick's poll about the best Thanksgiving foods, what do you think are the worst? Like fruit cakes and jello molds, aunt Linda's marshmallow surprise?I'm not usually a picky eater, but H's family always has boiled onions. YUCK.

Anything involving marshmallows. The only proper use for a marshmallow is toasted and sandwiched between a couple of graham crackers with chocolate, preferably Lindt Excellence 70%. Or MAYBE floating in a mug of hot cocoa.

Proper lutefisk eating technique consists of soaking it in melted butter with some salt and then letting it slide down your throat without chewing.

My H's mom's stuffing. I love her to death but my H request she make dry stuffing. He likes it really dry. It has no taste and it has eggs in it.

I don't really like cranberry sauce, or any jello molds, and I don't care much for smoked ham. I also don't like lima beans, and most of the time the macaroni and cheese is gross. I don't know who brings it every year, but mac & cheese bricks aren't tasty. Usually I would say black-eyed peas and collards, but I've begun eating both this year, so they have been removed from the list.

DH's aunt once brought a green jell-o dish that had pear halves (cut side down) in the bottom of it. In the little hollow in each pear half, she had put mashed avocado. WTF? It was naaaa-styyyyy

I love dry stuffing! My dad makes it in a roaster. Nick's family stuffing is gross, its slimy and weird.
