Nik, i seriously doubt the validity of your info regarding MPD. id like to know where you heard that and whether there are doctors out there using this to make any kind of judgement (regarding MPD/DID specifically)/not trying to be rude or anything, just... WTF.

I loved my psych classes. With the exception of statistics (which was the hardest I've ever worked for - and the proudest I've ever been of - a C), they were the ones I did well in, or at least found the most interesting to try the hardest. Good thing, since it was my major. (Disclaimer: this was my first major, and obviously not my 4.0!)Developmental Psych, Human Memory, and Abnormal Psych were my favorites, along with Intro. I also really liked Sociology. I kept my Abnormal Psych textbook, and it is amazing how much has changed medication-wise and diagnostic-wise in 20 years. Even in 10. I don't think there was a non-stimulant ADHD medication 10 years ago, which is why my shrink hesitated to try me on any meds and hesitated to diagnose it.
