POLL: Change of Shoes

How many of you are planning to change your shoes during your reception?  Or how many of you have done so?I bought a nice pair of strappy teal heels from Nordstrom, but don't think I can last all day/night in them.  I was thinking of buying flats in our other color - fuschia.Just wanted to see who else has done that or will do that during their reception.

I didn't end up changing. I brought flip flops...changed into them at the very end, people were then stepping on my dress while I was trying to dance, so I put my heels back on.

I bought white ballerina slippers since I got married in Jan. I knew I wouldnt be able to last and changed after the intros and dances and it was just time to party.

I changed into flip flops (and DH had converse sneakers!) around 930 or 10, I just couldn't take the fancy shoes anymore.

I don't plan on changing my shoes during the reception, but I may bring back up shoes for the after party.

I brought a pair of backup shoes that were just a lower heel, but I didn't end up changing into them.

I didn't change. I had 4 inch shoes. I didn't really pay attention or feel it then. I did pay for it the day after though. I loved my shoes so I'd like to think it was worth it (if my feet could talk I doubt they would say the same!!!)

I changed into pretty isotoners right after pictures because I didn't want to leave the room after we got in. My gown was a little long while dancing, but I danced all night without any issues and my feet thanked me.

i didnt have on really high heels but I ended up keeping my shoes on all day. I did have two pairs though.  One pair was a little higher for when I took solo pics and stuff and then i put on a lower heel for the pics with syn bc i didnt want to tower over him.

I changed my shoes because our cocktail hour was on grass and I didn't want to have to deal with stilettos in grass. I didn't change back to my other shoes though because they were pretty hurty.

I did change about an hour or so before the reception ended (around 11-11:30pm). It was a long day, and my feet hurt a bit.

I brought (and utilized) beaded white flip flops that had a wedge, same height as my shoes.

I really really want to change shoes... I was trying to find Ivory Uggs... can't seem to find them.  I will probably just get slippers with grips on the bottom so i don't slide.  Be comfy!

I don't do well in heels, so I bought 3" white platform flip flops for later.  I meant to make it through the first dance in my regular shoes but I didn't even get that far.

seriously though. Thats just ghetto stoopid. Not even ghetto fabulous. I've mentioned before how I'm not a fan of changing into flip flops/slippers/barefeet, but UGGS?! That just hurts my heart.

My shoes were cute and comfortable, but I changed into flip flops right after the first dance. It felt so good to take them off and wear flat shoes. All of my bridesmaids changed into their flip flops too!
