I'm still up from yesterday. Buddy is wearing his dress uniform this morning, so I'm staying up to shamelessly ogle him for a few before I probably sleep all day.

my husband (the aspiring comic artist) was offered over the weekend an already green lit, 4 issue comic (didnt have to do a submission, decision was made simply on his portfolio) for IMAGE. Its a big BIG deal!

It basically means one of the big studios loves his work enough that he was basically handed a project without having to work to get it. He has had a few small paying gigs so far but this one is the biggest and its already approved for release.

That's awesome Nebb!I'm here, back to work. Blah! At least we have a day off Wednesday and our great friend is coming into town this weekend, so I have a lot to look forward too. I basically just have to get through today and tomorrow!

Way cool, Nebb. Good morning, ladies. I'm up early watching the news, drinking coffee, and browning stew meat for the vegetable beef stew I'm going to throw in the crockpot (and leave it on all day, Mag, if you see this) before work. I feel super productive and it's only 7:24 a.m.
