Catering or Food Liability Insurance - where can I get them?

Hi,

I am looking whether any brides out there have experience in getting catering/ food liability insurance. I plan to provide my own food - I will buy some food from costco. My venue said that wedsafe insurance is not enough- it only covers for the alcohol. Thank you so much!

    You might check with your homeowners or renters insurance provider. I know most offer event liability insurance but I dont know if that covers you bringing your own food?

    Just a thought!

    Thanks for your input! I tried...but they don't cover food liability insurance that my venue asked for :(
