Hubby and I eloped, so I don't have any reviews for reception stuff, but I'll review most of what we did :)Flight - A: We flew Continental from Halifax, NS to Newark and then to Las Vegas. The girl at the counter in Halifax saw that I was carrying on my wedding dress, so she didn't charge us the $40USD for our luggage - nice!! Flights were great, and coming home we flew United from Las Vegas to Chicago, and back to Halifax. I was able to hang my dress on both flights to Vegas, and coming home. Treasure Island Hotel - A+: Great hotel in a great location! Our room was on the 31st floor, so we had fabulous views! Room was really spacious and you get wireless internet access in your room. I think the rooms were recently upgraded as well - decor was really nice. Only minor issue - no fridge! We wanted to get some booze and bring to our room, but with the lack of fridge, we didn't bother. The Chapel at TI - A: Great chapel and really beautifully, yet simply decorated. The wedding coordinator that I had been emailing back and forth with about wedding plans was not working the day we got married, so another girl (Nicole) was helping us. She helped me lace my dress and get the boutiniere on my hubby. Cashman Photography - B: The photos turned out nice, but not amazing. Our package came with 12 4x6 prints, and we didn't bother ordering anymore - they're SO expensive! They show you the retouched photos first, which you fall in love with, and then they tell you that you can't have them as part of the 12 that come with the package, but that you can order them for $12 each!! The ones included in the package aren't retouched at all, but they still turned out nice....just not amazing. Todd Wilson - Bently Wilson Photography - A: Todd was great!! There was a bit of miscommunication though. We thought he was going to call us when he arrived at the hotel, so after the ceremony we went back to our room. He had been waiting for us at the chapel so we lost about 10 minutes of the photo tour time, but in the end it was no big deal. We were able to go to TI, Mirage, Venitian and Wynn all within walking distance. We don't have his pics yet (should be about 3 weeks) but I have no doubt that they'll be fabulous! Makeup in the 702 - A++: Megan and Whitney were AMAZING!!! They came early to my room and did exactly what I had described for my hair and makeup and I was beyond thrilled with their work. They're fast and SO worth the $250. My hair and makeup lasted all night! (11am-midnight!) They're both SO sweet and I can't recommend them enough. Book them....now!!

The airbrush makeup is wonderful - my hubby couldn't stop telling me how beautiful I looked!Cirque du Soleil - Mystere - A++: GO SEE THIS!! Such a wonderful show! Hubby and I were able to get 2 for 1 tickets the night of our wedding - so fun and the acrobatic stunts are phenomenal! Mystere is at TI. Cirque du Soleil - Ka - B: The stage for this show is nothing you've ever seen before - the visual effects are crazy! The story line is ok....and there wasn't as much 'circus acrobat tricks' in this one as Mystere, which is why I didn't like it as much. And, it's WAY overpriced. We paid $260CAD....and Mystere was only $125CAD and a MUCH better show in my opinion. Ka is at the MGM Grand. Delmonico's Steak House - A: We had our wedding supper here and it was so so so delicious! It's pricey ($215 for us) but well worth the money. The steaks are delicious and the dessert?? Don't get me started on the banana cream pie we had....honestly the best pie I've had in my 27 years of existence, lol. This restaurant is in The Venetian. OH, and since it was our wedding night, the gave us a complimentary appetizer - really nice, and of course, delicious!I think that's it! We ate at a bunch of places, but I only reviewed the "big" one on our wedding day

Any questions...let me know. I'll be happy to answer anything
