How much can you expect to pay for a pocket invite?? I really want to use them, but I think they are going to be pretty expensive! TIA!

www.cardsandpockets.com has really reasonable prices - the best I could find when I started looking. I ordered all the pocketfolds and cardstock from them & am going to DIY the printing. I've already done the design, & there's a template in my bio for the invite, accomodations insert, map insert, and RSVP card. (Designed for the signature pocketfold from cardsandpockets.)
I ordered from Cards and Pockets too. I have a cost breakdown in my bio that's an estimate at this point. But it's about the same as the pp. About 500 for what I'm doing when what I wanted to order was going to cost about 1200.
I ordered mine from cards and pockets as well. I made 75 of them. The supplys cost about $150 (I had a 20% off coupon), printing them at kinkos cost about $100. I had a designer on Etsy actually desing the invites and inserts and e-mailed them to me ina pdf, that was $30. So about $280 in all, without postage. I think they turned out great and everything similar I saw at invited stores would have been $1500++. PIB of the final product.
I DIY'd as well. But I didn't order from cardsandpockets. I actually bought the paper and scored it to make the pocketfolds. For 100 invites, I paid about $150. Luckily I have a 40hr a week job where I can sit here and work on them while I'm taking my calls.
Mine cost me about $3.50 (not including postage) an invitation, and I got the pocketfolds from mygatsby.com! I have 3 enclosures as well if that helps!
Re: Pocket Invites
I DIY'd mine to save money. I paid $430ish (for 150 invites) to DIY what would have cost me over $1000 if I had ordered them.
If I were you, I would google Pocketfold invites, find something you like, and price it out on various websites.
The overall price will depend on paper type, shape, how many inserts, layers, ribbon.. everything will altar the price.
