Re: Completely random questions

• 1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.

I love my name...I think I'm the only person in the world with my first and last name (well, last name for two more weeks :) ). For that reason, I'm not sure I can share exactly how its spelled but my first name is pronounced like "Maya."

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?

So long as FI and Rajah, our dog, were ok I could live with loosing anything else.

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?

Both of my lungs partially collapsed...not fun.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?

Yes but we never watch it...think it has been on twice in the last two years.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.

X-Files...my nickname was Scully in high school. :)

Added Questions:

If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?

I don't think I'd want to relive any particular year...maybe I'm saving my "go back" for a year to come.

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?

I'd love to try and live in Bali.

If you were an animal, what would you be?

A tiger. Rawr...ok, seriously I'd love to be a cat.

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over?

Since I don't watch much TV I don't even know what is currently popular.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)?

I hate spiders but I'm not sure that is weird.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do?

The Congo...I know it sounds crazy but I've always wanted to go...obviously its a little dangerous though.

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?

I've been pretty sick in the hospital before. Both my lungs collapsing was pretty scary as I thought I was going to die.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?

Victoria Secret here I come! I love girlie things.

What is your most absolutely mortifying memory?

I'm clumsy so falling in front of people on multiple occassions probably.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?

I used to have to do things in series of 3's. I got over it but it was odd.

What is a food you like that other people might find gross?
I love Kale. Not sure that is gross. I like gluten free bread but I don't really have a choice on that one and I know other people think it tasts like cardboard sometimes.

Do you have any nervous habits?

My palms sweat and my voice gets louder when I'm nervous...makes for a crappy piano player but I good opera singer. :)
Buddy's question: Getting shocked. I have a debilitating fear of getting shocked when I touch metal surfaces. I look like an OCD person when opening doors and touching my car. I have a system where I touch it quickly with my pinky nail, where there's flesh underneath, and if it doesn't shock me then, then I tap at the handle with my finger tips as if it's on fire. Then if I don't get shocked, I touch the surface according to purpose. The worst are the damn key pads at apartment entrances.
Posted by audrewuh
I'm the same way. Getting out of the car in the winter is the worst. I close the door with my foot or elbow or something where I won't feel the shock as much. I'm sure I look nuts.

1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that. I like my first name, but my family calls me by my middle name which I do not like. I grew up being called by my middle name and in recent years, it's become a very popular name, but I was the only Harper growing up and didn't like the attention the name gave me. I just wanted to have a normal name.

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing? My baby blanket.

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained? I haven't had a whole lot of injuries. The most I've done is broken a toe. I did get bitten on the face by a dog a few years ago, and that hurt pretty badly.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep? No, and even if we did, I wouldn't watch it. I don't like the light.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up. Arrested Development has a special place in my heart, but I also love Pushing Daisies, The X-Files and The Venture Bros.

1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.
I love it. It's Amanda. My parents named me that to call me Mandy, but in HS I decided I wanted to be called by my given name. If it was 'acceptable' to name a daughter after their mother, I'd totally use Amanda Jr.

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?
Either the trunk full of all my pictures or my grandmother's ring

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?
A broken toe. A severe burn on my knee (from the lawn mower... funny story). Muscle spasms in my neck. Dislocated shoulder.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?
Yes and yes. The sleep timer is the greatest invention ever.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
Gold medal winner: The West Wing
Silver medal: The Office
Bronze medal: Glee

6. Add a question to the list! If you want to, you know. No pressure or anything.
If you had to listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
It's not exactly a weird fear, but I am extremely afraid of moving vehicles. I'm constantly terrified of getting hit by a car anytime I'm near a road.

I'd love to spend some time in the Galapagos Islands.

The most scared I've ever felt was skiing once. It was my first time back on the slopes after the bad fall that I mentioned earlier in this thread, and I had a full blown panic attack just a few hundred yards down the [very long] run. Crying, shaking, paralysis... the works. Eventually, I had to get towed down by ski patrol. I wouldn't say that was the scariest thing that's ever happened to me (because, really, I was never in any danger) but I was terrified. Alternate, non-silly answer: when my dad almost died from a routine, supposedly-not-risky, surgery.
• I'm totally a total happy dance right now at the West Wing love from RWS and Tiger.

• If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?
June 2011 to June 2012. DH (then BF) and I went to Vegas, my nephew was born, saw NKOTBSB in concert, we got engaged, we went to Germany, planned a wedding, got married, and had the ENEYG2G2012. Pretty much the best year ever.

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?
Munich. While I was there, I'd visit the sh!t out of France, Spain, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)?
I have a crazy fear of hitting my head and dying. Which sounds normal, until I bump my head on a cabinet in the kitchen and immediately think death will visit me instantly.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
A Rolex for my husband.

• And the bonus questions:

If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?

Probably 2004. I was living in Vermont, skiing regularly, spent the summer in Berlin... I didn't appreciate it then but I think if I had a chance to relive it, I could have the best time ever.

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go? Probably Japan, preferably Hokkaido. I've never been there but would love to have a year to improve my Japanese.

If you were an animal, what would you be? One of our spoiled-ass dogs. MUST BE NICE.

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over? Most reality shows. I don't understand things like The Bachelor because it just smacks of arranged marriages.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)? Cotton balls, condiments, toilet tanks.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do? Take the Transiberian Railroad from Moscow all the way to Pyongyang then spend a bunch of time traveling around North Korea.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy? Train tickets to Vermont to go skiing.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird? Oh so many things...

What is a food you like that other people might find gross? Gah, a lot of things. I eat weird food. Maybe fesenjaan? It's a really bitter Persian chicken, walnut and pomegranate stew.

Do you have any nervous habits? Again, oh so many. Too many to list.

I would either use it for a down payment on a new car OR I would pay for registration and a plane ticket to RAGBRAI for this summer. There, Buggle.

ETA: I forgot to answer the mortifying memory part of this question. And I can't even think of an answer. So I fail all around. I just embarass myself too often to pick one thing.
• Also, I think I did the "relive a year" question wrong. I thought it was one awesome year that you could do again, instead of a shitty year you wish you could redo.

I would redo senior year of college - actually, all four years of college. I probably wouldn't go where I went if I could choose again (even though it eventually led me to BF), and I would most definitely NOT have a long-distance boyfriend for all four years. Eff that noise.

1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.
I like my name, but I hate that no one can ever pronounce it or spell it correctly. So I go by Suzie, which no one can ever spell correctly either! Ha. My name is actually Suzanna. Pronounce like ana not anna. Susannah and Suzanna sound very different and I hate correcting people so I just go by Suzie. Sometimes I don't feel its very professional though and if I ever want to move up in the world the full name has to come back.

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?
Pics of FI's dad. He passed away 18 months ago and those would be really hard to lose.

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?

Tore most of the ligaments in my right ankle and had surgery. Walked throuh high school graduation with a cast because of it.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?

We do, but we go in spurts of watching. We had been on a Dexter kick and lately we're on a reading phase.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
I was obsessed with Alias and I posted my love for Vernica Mars here the other day. Friends is up there, too. I could watch all of those for hours.

6. Add a question to the list! If you want to, you know. No pressure or anything.

Would you take $50,000 to let someone else name your kid?

ETA: I am apparently unnoriginal in the question department. Oops! And now fixed, I think.

• 1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.

I used to wish it was something cool and unusual. But I'm Ashley.

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?

JB's Baby pictures, actually any pictures in general. I'd be devastated.

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?
I have a lipoma that is growing at the base of my spine, I've had a tethered spinal cord twice and now have a severe case of arthritis in that area. But I survive.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?
There are two tv's in our room, neither are used as such, however, I do watch TV before I go to the bedroom.
5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
That 70's show, by far the most hilarious show ever. But I love Grey's Anatomy too.

6. Add a question to the list! If you want to, you know. No pressure or anything.

What is your natural hair color and if you color it, why do you color it the color it is?

I am a natural blonde, but I love having red hair, makes me feel sexy. And when you're a mom, you want to have one thing about you, that you can still find sexy.

Huh. The formatting did something weird there.

Food: The Seafood Sensation sandwich you can get at some Subways. I'm obsessed. I was actually thinking about it when I wrote that question. It's just imitation crab (krab) and mayo and I can totally see why plenty of people would find that gross... but I love it. Too bad calories exist.

Quirks: The only thing coming to mind is that I have an extreme personal space issue. I can't even cuddle with H for too long (or in certain positions) because I start to feel trapped and suffocated.

Would you take $50,000 to let someone else name your kid?
Hmm, I would like to save the money for college like Hummingbird said but, then again I want to choose a name that has meaning to BF and I so that's tough. I can't decide.

What is your natural hair color and if you color it, why do you color it the color it is?
I have naturally dark brown hair but, I get blonde highlights and I darken it underneath. I mostly do this to hide hideous grey hair that I am cursed with from my Dad's side of the family.

ETA: clarity...wow I butchered a lot of my sentences.

• And the bonus questions:

If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?

2000 in its entirety. I was in college and poor, but my friends were amazing. We were in our last years of school and just enjoying it. I worked and went to school all the time and never slept, but would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go? New York or London. I love big cities.

If you were an animal, what would you be? A tiger. They are not quite the king of their domain, but they are up there on the food chain. They're beautiful and a force to be reckoned with.

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over? The Office, probably because I have never worked in one. My entire adult career has been spent working from a home office.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)? Other people's feet and toenails gross me out. I can't stand nasty toes.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do? Spend an entire summer in Europe. I would go to Slovakia, the Netherlands, and England where my family is from, and then the rest of the time I would spend in the southern parts of France, Spain, and Italy. And then maybe take a sail boat and tour Greece the long way around.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy? Crazy expensive shoes. Most of my shoes are under $100 or way less, I love a good bargain, but I drool over designer shoes and would love lots in my closet.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird? Probably a zillion. The older I get the less I care what people think. As long as I have friends that love me and my quirks.

What is a food you like that other people might find gross?Easter cheese. Its actually Slovak and called cidek, and not really cheese, but I look forward to Easter just so I can eat it. Its made of milk, eggs, and has cloves in it for flavor.

Do you have any nervous habits?I pick at my split ends. Its so incredibly weird, but I started it years ago. I stopped when my hair was short, but I hate how my hair looks short. Oh well.

• If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?
Sophomore year, I would of never starting dating the abusive douche.. I would've waited another year, and dated my HS crush. (Found out a couple of months ago he was in LOVE with me in high school)

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?

Fiji, and I'd come back so tan!

If you were an animal, what would you be?

A lionness or a manatee.

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over?
Walking dead, true blood, pretty little liars, the bachelor.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)?
I am afraid of lizards and frogs but I am not afraid of snakes.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do?

Australia, explore.

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
Pre-eclampsia and emergency cesearean.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
Ben's wedding band, and makeup.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?

I talk to the mirror like its a camera and I'm showing people how to apply makeup. Maybe I need my own youtube channel. I also do this with cooking and baking.

What is a food you like that other people might find gross?

Watermelon with balsalmic and mozzarella.

A softball knocked out my tooth. I bled a lot and cried a lot. My lip swelled up and my gums were purple. I was super ugly.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?
I do. But it is not something I put there. H likes watching tv in there. I watch it sometimes before going to sleep, but I could totally do without it there. Something about falling asleep to the tv every night bothers me.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
Felicity. Parenthood is pretty frickin' awesome. I also am in love with Switched at Birth and Bunheads. I miss Gilmore Girls. I love a lot of tv, but those are at the top of my love list.

6. Add a question to the list! If you want to, you know. No pressure or anything.
Probably too late to add but here goes....What is something you have never ever done, and don't ever intend to? Why not?

If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?
None. I'd like to say 2012, but there was a lot about 2012 I didn't enjoy, and there was nothing I could do about that.

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?
I guess I'd enjoy a year of traveling the US. I know that isn't one place, but if I could pause real life and go off for a year that is what I'd want to do. There is no one place I know of now, that would be as good as home, so I clearly need to look around.

If you were an animal, what would you be?
I would be a whale, you know, for irony.

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over?
The Voice

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)?
That is a weird example.
I'm afraid of marine life, even the so-called cute stuff. I think it is weird because I didn't always fear it, but it freaks me out now.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do?
I'd go to the UK and spend quality time with my friend who lives there (and buy lots of clothes and shoes, since someone else is paying). Plus I could take day trips and over night trips to other fun places out there.

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
It was wicked scary learning my dad and sister had been in a car accident and totaled the car.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
All of the clothes. I hate my wardrobe right now. Things be lookin' so tired.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?
Good god, yes. I'm a starer. And I have a tendency to tuck my arms in against myself while standing. Hard to explain, but if you saw it you'd know what I am talking about. I also make weird Awww noises at things that are cute. When you put my sisters, my mom and I in the same room and show us cute things you'll hear it over and over. It is weird, but it is the best way for me to express how cute something is.

What is a food you like that other people might find gross?
Goat cheese.
Somebody has got to find that gross, somewhere.

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
Walking into an emergency room and seeing a friend of mine taken off life support after she was hit on her motorcycle by a car. It still makes me cry when I think of it and its been 5 years.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
Sports equipment for my water sports! Or plane tickets to visit NEY knotties.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?
I made noises in public, I mean outloud in public and often to myself at work. I'll even yell out "RAWR" at my husband and expect him to respond in the same manner since "RAWR" mean I love you in dinosaur.

What is a food you like that other people might find gross?
I like to eat steamed sea snails dipped in a spicy lemon sauce.

What is something you have never ever done, and don't ever intend to? Why not?
Sky dive or jump out of a plane. The Earth's surface coming at me at terminal velocity is not something I want to experience.
• All of the Germany love reminds me that we need to buy that castle and get to restoring it.
I french with my man
Daisypath Anniversary tickers
• 1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.
It's ok. Sometimes I don't mind it but I've never really felt like it suits me. I do like that I share my first and middle name with my grandma and aunt though - Elizabeth Abigail

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?
I have stuffed dog BF gave me for Christmas the first year we were together. I would be pretty devastated to lose him.

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?
Nothing too bad. When I was younger I got my thumb caught in the door at the ice staking rink which was about 2 inches thick and made of some sort of heavy metal.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?
No TV but I watch netflix on my laptop before going to sleep a lot.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
I have so many! Psych is probably my favorite because BF also loves it so we watch it together. Sherlock is a close runner up. I've also really gotten in to Dr. Who recently and now I'm re-watching the ones I've seen with BF.

If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?
My freshman year of college. I have so many good memories from that time :)

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?
Maybe a small town Scotland? I feel a very strong pull to visit there and I love small towns. I think it would be a great experience.

If you were an animal, what would you be?
A giraffe so I knew what it was like to be tall lol

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do?
I would go to New Zealand/Australia with BF. It's our dream vacation that we are determined we will do one day.

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
My best friend from elementary school went to a corn maze with me when we were young and this guy pretty much started stalking us. We ran away from him but we could still hear him yelling our names through the corn - this wasn't a haunted one or anything so it wasn't a joke. It was truly terrifying!

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
A new computer. I love my laptop but it would be nice to have a desktop.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?
I have a lot of quirks. I rarely wear shoes in the summer. I think swimming in lakes is the best thing ever and I never think the water is as cold as other people do. If I'm taking a test with true/false questions, I also correct the false questions by crossing out whatever part of it is wrong and writing in what would make it true. I love to read but I don't have a favorite genera and I can't stick to the same genera for too long without getting bored.

What is a food you like that other people might find gross?
Octopus is good and so is squid. I know a lot of people don't like seafood or sushi but I love them both :)

What is something you have never ever done, and don't ever intend to? Why not?
Pick up a snake or really do anything with a snake. I'm really terrified of them.

If you had one choice to head out into space or down to the ocean bottom which one and why?
Space for sure. I think it's just so interesting and awesome looking up there. Although I think the ocean bottom could be fun too.

• In Response to Completely random questions:
1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.
I don't actually. My mom chose a bizarre spelling for my first name which is actually a very common name (the normal spelling is quite pretty, mine involves y's which I do not like). My middle name is after my grandfather, so I like it - would have been nice as a first name actually.

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?
All of the stuff I have from the library. I currently have a personal recording device out for my thesis & I haven't downloaded the recording yet so I'd lose my research PLUS have to pay for a new one. Also, I live in an apartment building, so I hope everyone and their dogs got out!

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?
I fractured my wrist in third grade. It strangely never recovered. Doctor thinks I have arthritis, which is lovely at 21.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?
I do not have a TV in my room, but I use my computer if I do want to watch TV before bed. I haven't lately though, too busy!

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
I actually don't have one. Which sounds terribly bizarre, but there's no show I love enough. I don't even have a favourite movie or book. :P
I do like: Criminal Minds, Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, & Big Bang Theory. But I also enjoy Phineas and Ferb and other Disney shows if I'm in the mood!

If you could got back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?
I'd go back to when I was 8. We lived in this like picturesque suburb where everybody knew everybody and all the kids were friends. My brother was just a baby and was adorable, my sister and I spent all our free time playing and didn't fight nearly as much as we do now. Plus, I miss playing Duck Hunt at 4AM. :P

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?
I'd either move to Nice, France or to Stratford, ON. Those are the two places I've always wanted to live. Since I'm from Ontario, Stratford is more likely to happen.

If you were an animal, what would you be?
Sounds creepy, but a snake. I've got low blood circulation so I'm cold all the time (like the cold-blooded reptile :p)

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over?
I do not get reality TV. My BF hates how I tear it apart, but I cannot stand Big Brother.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)?
I have loads of weird fears.
I have the fear of falling rather than the fear of heights (which means I can be up super high & be fine but am scared on the upper floor of a house that I'll fall through into the basement).
I am afraid of the toliet at the building I work at. But in context, I strongly dislike loud noises because they play into my claustrophobia (do I sound crazy yet?? :p) and this toliet flushes like it's a freaking space shuttle taking off.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do?
I'd tour Europe. There's so many places there I want to go. I never finished the Louvre, I want to see the Mediterrean Sea again.

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
The most scared I've been recently was when someone followed me off a bus, onto another and to the mall. My boyfriend met me on the second bus so I wasn't alone we got to the mall, but it was still freaky.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
An iPad/iPad case and my grad ring. Or else I'd give it to my BF and be like "There. Stop worrying about how much to spend on an engagment ring."

What is your most absolutely mortifying memory?
Generally I do not discuss them. But, since it makes others feel better about themselves... :) When I was 13-14 years old, I was camping with my aunt and went to use the public showers. I forgot to lock the door and a guy and his teenage son almost walked in on me. Pretty sure they saw me naked. I cried for like 2 hours after it happened. I was super paranoid about locking doors after that.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?

If you read my fears, you know it's yes. I dance and sing A LOT. Sometimes, I don't even know I'm doing it until my BF starts singing along.
I find it impossible to think about one thing at a time. It makes life very difficult.
• I'm so late on this post. We have been at a training seminar all day so I had no access to my computer.

1. Do you like your IRL name? Tell us what it is if you're comfortable with that.
I like my name...Meghan Marie but my first name always gets mispelled which I have gotten used to but I like how my first and middle sound together.

2. If your place of residence burned down today, what material item would you be most upset about losing?
Well I don't have a lot of prized items in my apartment, most of them are at my parent's house. If my place was to burn down though I would probably be most upset about losing my of my Oma's personal items that were given to me after she passed and also my journal.

3. What's the worst physical injury you've ever sustained?
I have broken my nose multiple times which hurts beyond belief but honestly I think I experienced worse pain when I bite straight through my lip during a competition. I still have this awkward bump/scar on my lip that I still on occasion bite because it gets in the way. It sucks.

4. Do you have a TV in your bedroom? If so, do you watch TV before you go to sleep?
Nope but I will when I move in with FI. I used to have a tv in my room and I did watch TV before I went to sleep and I loved it.

5. Speaking of TV, what is your single favorite TV show ever? You can just pick one, but feel free also to list the runners-up.
I have no idea because I don't watch much TV but I love PLL and I used to be really into Heros.

6. Add a question to the list! If you want to, you know. No pressure or anything.
We all probably had our favorite hobbies or sports we got into when we were young but if you could go back and get into a new hobby or sport, what would it be? I think mine would be to get involved with Field and Track. I used to love racing and having my Dad time me as I run around the track.
• Oops forgot to continue with these....sorry bout it.

If you could go back and relive one year of your life, when would it be and why?
It would definitely be my engagement. I think it was the most perfect night of my life and I was so in awe of everything. I will remember it forever.

If you could pick up your life and move anywhere for 1 year, knowing you could come back and have things exactly how they were (same job, etc), where would you go?
France... no questions asked.

If you were an animal, what would you be?
A dolphin or some underwater mammal. I love to swim and go underwater so it would be cool to jump through the waves and hold my breath for a long period of time. Just as long as I don't encounter sharks I'll be ok.

What is a TV show you can't stand/don't get all the hype over?
Honey Boo Boo...I think it's so strange and random.

Do you have a weird fear (ie: fear of cigarette ashes)?
I have a weird fear of rodents like squirrels and racoons. I think all of them have rabies and I'm afraid they could attack at any moment.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world and all expenses are paid by someone else, where would you go/what would you do?
Fiji or France

What is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
I haven't had many scary moments in my life but I get scared when I'm alone in public busy places like the city or when the weather is bad and I'm driving. I don't have a moment that stands out in my mind.

If someone gave you $1000 today and you had to spend it ASAP (not pay off debt), what would you buy?
I would put it towards a house for FI and I or save it for myself to go back to school later.

What is your most absolutely mortifying memory?
I don't have many but I remember certain memories that were embarrassing to me at certain times of my life but they aren't anything compared to some already stated.

Do you have any quirks that other people might consider weird?

I hate drifting from my schedule or when there are random things not put in their particular place around my apartment. I have a routine I like to stick to and it bothers me when I stray away from it. I think I'm a little OCD but not extreme.
