yes it is :) I am going to take it to the shop where I got it so they will do the final pressing and then I can go back to get it before the wedding. I am really excited :)

I know, right? No windows for 2 days... now no heat. I think they're working on the heat, but still. It's ridic.

FMIL was originally going to make my dress also, but I hated all of the patterns I could find for a normal price. I did find one pattern that I LOVED, but the pattern was $99. With fabric, it would have been around $600-$700. At that rate... why am I not buying a dress in a store??? I know she really wanted to do it, but her and I talked about it and decided that getting it at a bridal shop would have been better. And I made sure that I picked a dress that I loved AND that would be easy to alter. I don't want her secretly cursing me because she had to take my wedding dress completely apart to altar it.

That's awesome B2B! Is the dress shop holding it until the wedding, or do you have to store it somewhere else? I had my mom pick up my dress (the bridal shop was in S. Jersey) and I was super paranoid that they would forget it. I made them bring it up to the rehearsal so I could relax knowing it was with me. Hello, controlling Hilary.

Hil, yes they are keeping it there. I asked about that before I bought it. they said they can keep it there, also because they will do the final pressing and all that. and LOL you are funny.

AW- today is moms birthday and also last day of radiation!!!

I am glad she is done today, her tata hurts a lot and I feel bad for her. So now she can begin to heal and we can go looking for her dress for my wedding!

I was extremely unhealthy ALL weekend = / Soo hard to control myself when I'm dining out with friends!

I was really upset about the eagles game last night too. That'll probably ruin my week.

Thanks, happy! We're keeping our options open, it's just hard since we already sold his place and so we're staying with my parents until we find something -- so nice to have the flexibility, but they're driving me batty!

Morning ladies. Not feeling so hot this morning. I really hope I'm not coming down with something. I wouldn't be surprised though since I've managed to stay healthy all winter.

If it snows really bad on Tuesday-Wednesday, I better have off from work. I'm not up for trying to come in. It's too much effort.

AW: Our photographer said she was editing our e-pics all weekend and they should be up by "the beginning of this week". I'm so anxious!!

my boss will be traveling tomorrow so if I see snow I'll probably leave early to avoid my horrible non snow friendly car.

I'm not looking forward to house hunting in the future :-/

We're meeting with the photographer today after work to go over everything and sign our contract- I'm pretty excited, although nervous. A girl I graduated with is going to be our photographer- I mentioned to her on fb that I was booking the company that she works with and she already made plans to come up from SC to do the work for it!

Good luck with everyone's house hunting- I've started casually looking at realtor apps on my phone- we've found some decent ones! The one that both of us want is about 99,000 over budget. It's not happening. Boo.

LadyJ-my friends are doing that right now... and they have a 10 month old. They're moving in with one set of parents (I forget which set.. they all live around the same area) while their new house is being built. It was supposed to be finished two months ago... and the couple who is renting their house now moves in next week.

it probably wont! We started in April of 2009... July we got engaged... August we gave up and got an apt.... Started wedding planning.. had no extra money to afford a house... around June 2010 we got the itch again... started looking again.. August we renewed our lease for our apt... no houses.... September started looking again.... November 2010 we found the house we LOVE!! :)
