Gift Questions

Hi Girls!

So I'm starting to receive gifts in the mail and I had a question...

I know I'm allowed to open them but am I allowed to use them before the wedding?? What if one of our friends comes over and see's us using the gift but I'm waiting till after the wedding to send the thank you notes?? What should I say?

    If you live together I think its perfectly acceptable to use your gifts before the wedding. I'm not going to stare at a pile of boxes in my house for months before I can actually use the gifts.

    I would use the gifts but I wouldn't let anyone know we were using them, lol!

    I think its okay to open the gifts before the wedding.  If they come over, I'd try to hide their gift if you can, just in case! :)
