July 2012 Brides Where Y' At?

I know I'm "piggy backing"  off of strawberry5889, but I was curious if there are any July 2012 brides. What is your date? Where are you in your planning?

My date is July 14, 2012. In my head I am on track, but I still need to book videographer, transportation for BP, and choose decor for reception venue. Right now we are making our monthly payments and getting some of the smaller things out of the way. I definitely plan to have the bigger things above reserved by at least the end of Dec.

    Hey there July sistah!

    My date is a week before yours. We started planning WAY in advance so most of the big things are already booked or paid off. The last vendor I need is a florist to decorate the church. The reception is completely taken care of. In January I will give a deadline to the BMs to start buying there dresses.

    I'm sending out the STD in a few weeks. Are you sending any out?

    Hey Carla, yes m'am mine were sent last weekend because the majority of my family is OOT. Although as soon as I sent them one of my jealous OOT aunts pops up "engaged" and decides to plan her wedding 2 months before mine.

    That's okay, because she is only giving herself 5 months to plan and your wedding will be much better. Let her enjoy her day and when the family comes to your wedding they will see the major difference.

    I think its hilarious that you say this because my ENTIRE family said the same thing. I'm not too worried though. Have a great Thanksgiving and don't be a stranger. We will have to check on each other from time to time.

    Hey ladies, I am a July 2012 bride! My date is set for the 21st, I'm still working on a lot of things but my venues are set. I am sending out save the dates in Christmas Cards. Happy Planning to you both!

    I'm a july bride! I'm getting married 07/28/12. I have all of the "big" stuff out of the way except the dj. I have him picked out Ibut 'm waiting until after the holidays to pay the deposit.

    Hello I'm July 7. Time has gone by so fast!  I do have all of my big things taken care of. My BM will start dress shopping in January I will also. Paid off all my venues, food, cake. Now just the small things I'm working on.    P.S Hi Date Twin! LOL

    I'm getting married on July 14 2012!!! I'm extremely excited!!! Congrats date twin!! Wow egamm03 you are getting me extremely worried! We only put down a deposit on the venue! We are still looking for the photographer/videographer and florist. I said "yes to the dress" but geeze, I feel like I need to get the ball rolling :-/
